The film is adapted from chapters 34 to 40 of Jin Yong’s novel The Legend of the Condor Heroes. It tells the story of Guo Jing during a time of war and turmoil. After learning the supreme martial arts secrets, the "Nine Yin Manual" and "Dragon Subduing Palms," he becomes the target of jealousy from various factions. With his pure heart and determination, he, along with Huang Rong, strives to protect the Southern Song’s border from various threats.

Synopsis

In the world of vendettas and entanglements, in an era of war and power struggles, Guo Jing is separated from his homeland during his childhood and gradually develops immense strength that can change the course of events and his destiny.
