Tian Tian was reminiscing about her wedding with Shen Mi, where they shared an intimate moment and a kiss amid the blessings of friends and family. However, her thoughts were interrupted when Shen Mi didn't return for a long time. Only Carlo was there to keep her company. Carlo expressed his affection for Tian Tian in his own way by licking her. Realizing that Shen Mi hadn't returned yet, Tian Tian had to comfort Carlo and wait for his return.

Before the wedding, Han Mengnan didn't want to meet her parents. So, she decided to stay at a hotel for a few days. Shen Mi dropped Han Mengnan off at the hotel and couldn't help but talk about the time he spent with the real Shen Mi in Thailand. Han Mengnan seemed to realize something and was somewhat surprised. Shen Mi continued to speak about his feelings for Han Mengnan. He mentioned how he had always talked about her, a beautiful girl, in front of himself, even saying that they should be friends. However, an accident happened when they went out to sea. At that point, Han Mengnan looked out of the window. Shen Mi continued explaining and admitted that he had been wrong for all these years. But he also stated that marrying him wouldn't bring happiness to Han Mengnan, especially when there was someone who loved and cared for her already. However, Han Mengnan didn't want to hear these words and left, making Shen Mi unhappy. About the reasons for all this, Han Mengnan didn't want to hear Shen Mi's explanations and walked away, reminding him that they would be trying on wedding dresses the next day. She didn't care if Shen Mi came or not; she already knew his size. Shen Mi watched Han Mengnan leave and felt helpless.

Shen Hongyuan and Shen Chen had just arrived home, and Shen Chen immediately went somewhere. Shen Hongyuan finally spoke up this time, and he didn't rush Shen Chen. Shen Mi returned home to find Carlo and noticed the many messages sent by Tian Tian on his phone. Shen Mi knew that Tian Tian had been there but had left. He remembered their moments together and a past bet. Shen Mi realized that he had no right to continue the relationship and proceeded to delete Tian Tian from his WeChat.

Tian Tian was still worried about Shen Mi, and Tian Peilan found something suspicious. At that moment, Tian Yuxian burst into the room. It turned out that Shen Mi had a meeting, but Tian Tian had no idea about it. Later, Tian Tian finally saw Shen Mi, who brought his assistant along. He thanked everyone for the experiences during this time, but he couldn't continue to be with Tianlin. Tian Tian tried to lighten the mood and reassured everyone that Shen Mi would return. After everyone left, Shen Mi and Tian Tian had a private conversation. Tian Tian tried to lighten the mood, and Shen Mi said that he wanted to take a walk. They prepared to leave together.

As they were leaving, Tian Peilan inquired about what was so important and seemed quite secretive. She suggested it might be a proposal. Tian Tian was somewhat skeptical but couldn't hide her happiness. When they arrived at their destination, Shen Mi coldly discussed the future of Tianlin, while Tian Tian was more interested in the opening ceremony of the pet exhibition. She wanted to pick a special outfit for Shen Mi as an invited guest. However, Shen Mi was not paying attention to her ideas. Shen Mi got frustrated and ultimately told her off. He even mentioned a breakup, leaving Tian Tian wanting to understand the reasons. Shen Mi bluntly said the reason was that he didn't love her and that he had only been using her. When Tian Tian heard about Shen Mi's impending wedding with Han Mengnan, she was left in shock.

顾明泽's resignation process was nearly complete, and before leaving, he made a visit to Han Mengnan's office. However, he was unaware that Han Mengnan was already preparing for her wedding. While having coffee and waiting for Han Mengnan, Gu Mingze overheard from his colleagues about Han Mengnan's upcoming wedding with Shen Mi, leaving him bewildered.

Back at Tianlin, everyone was unaware of the situation, and they celebrated with fireworks for Tian Tian. She was still emotionally shaken by everything, thinking about Shen Mi's thoughtful gesture with the pen. The rest of the staff didn't know how to comfort her and warned against making any hasty judgments.

Shen Chen came to Shen Mi, questioning if Han Mengnan had discovered a hidden truth about him. Shen Mi didn't feel like discussing it and mentioned Shen Chen's intentions to pursue Tian Tian. He stated that he was going to the restroom and left.

Meanwhile, Han Mengnan had started trying on wedding dresses, but Shen Mi didn't show up. Shen Chen visited the restroom to investigate Shen Mi's suspicious actions, as there were too many unanswered questions about his identity.
