Shen Mi tried to stop Tian Tian's actions. After all, sneaking into a cat cafe in the middle of the night is a criminal act. Tian Tian insisted on finding evidence of the cat cafe owner abusing animals. Only by doing so could they reclaim the stray cats according to the contract. As they argued, they heard some noises. Both of them immediately hid, looking at each other, silently observing the actions outside.

It turned out that the cat cafe owner had returned, angrily calling someone on the phone, complaining that they hadn't provided water and food for the cats. After venting, the owner hung up, took out the cat food from the cages, and left. Shen Mi and Tian Tian cautiously emerged. Shen Mi sniffed the cat food and found nothing strange compared to regular cat food. However, considering the cats' prolonged activity, there was definitely an issue with the food. Tian Tian was thinking about where to conduct a proper inspection when Shen Mi suddenly remembered a place.

The next day, Shen Mi took the cat food to the R&D laboratory at Green River to ask Dr. Gu for an analysis. While waiting for the results, Dr. Gu also confirmed Shen Mi's relationship with Han Mengnan. Shen Mi openly stated that they were family. Dr. Gu then expressed his intention to pursue Han Mengnan. Shen Mi mentioned that he didn't know if they were compatible and didn't pass judgment. Dr. Gu understood Shen Mi's meaning.

With the test results, Shen Mi went to Tian Lin, revealing that the cat food indeed contained something unusual. If the cats consumed it, they could become overly excited or even faint. Everyone now knew there was a problem with the cat food, but it was challenging to expose it as coming from the cat cafe. There was no way to prove the authenticity of the lab report, and conducting on-site tests at the cafe was impractical. After a brief silence, Shen Mi spoke up, asking if Shen Chen would be willing to pose as his younger brother.

After dressing up, Shen Chen started a live stream at the cat cafe. Initially, the staff tried to stop him, but when they learned that tens of thousands of people were watching, the owner changed the rules, allowing the live stream without disturbing other customers. Shen Chen and the owner started the stream together. Meanwhile, Chen Yifan arrived at the cafe. While Shen Chen continued the live stream, Chen Yifan and Zhao Hao staged a performance, creating chaos. In the midst of the confusion, Shen Chen took the cat food and, with the witness of thousands, brought it to the Green River lab for testing. The scandal of the cat cafe quickly became public knowledge. Tian Tian successfully reclaimed the stray animals, handing them over to Green River. When adopting them for a fee, Shen Mi could set high prices, preventing unscrupulous businesses like the cat cafe owner. This was in line with the original purpose of Green River's paid adoption platform and Shen Mi's intentions.

In the evening, Tian Tian went to deliver medicine to Zhao Hao's little orange, and Shen Mi followed along. This time, Zhao Hao completed the portrait that was left unfinished last time. Tian Tian held Shen Mi's hand, and both were very happy. After returning, Shen Mi discussed matters with Uncle Han. Carlo played with the portrait by himself. Uncle Han still didn't fully approve of Shen Mi attending the Veterinary Medicine Summit, but Shen Mi insisted on going. Later, Han Mengnan arrived, bought a new toy for Carlo, and surprisingly found the portrait in Carlo's bed. Han Mengnan was instantly stunned, and on the way back, she was lost in thought.

Shen Mi and Tian Tian's Veterinary Medicine Summit was approaching. Shen Mi suggested that the travel expenses be borne by Tian Lin. Tian Tian then staged a play with Tian Peilan, and in the end, Shen Mi directly pulled out his black card, taking responsibility for the travel expenses. At the airport, Shen Mi and Tian Tian unexpectedly encountered Dr. Gu and Han Mengnan, creating a very awkward scene. Han Mengnan discovered that Tian Tian and Dr. Gu were classmates, and Dr. Gu knew they had a business relationship. Han Mengnan mistakenly thought they were in an employer-employee relationship, nearly exposing the truth. She also hoped to have dinner with Shen Mi when they arrived. Dr. Gu silently observed everything, feeling uncomfortable.

Upon arriving at the destination, Tian Tian and Shen Mi discovered that Tian Peilan had booked them a honeymoon suite!
