Shen Mi was surprised to find that Gu Mingze was also at Tian Lin. He immediately pulled Tian Tian into the office and asked her if Dr. Gu had mentioned that day's incident. Tian Tian honestly replied that he hadn't, considering it a stroke of luck. Tian Lin was busy, so Tian Tian didn't talk much with Shen Mi. After a few words, she went out, leaving Shen Mi and Carlo standing there bewildered.

Tian Lin was filled with Dr. Gu's life-size standees. When Dr. Gu was about to leave, Tian Tian was about to escort him out. Tian Peilan suggested inviting Dr. Gu for a meal to express gratitude. Dr. Gu mentioned having experimental data to work on and declined. As they watched Dr. Gu leave, Tian Peilan suddenly changed her mind, seeing a scene where Dr. Gu and Tian Tian seemed well-matched. Tian Tian was speechless. Tian Tian was very concerned about today's turnover and was excited to learn that it was 150% of the previous day's. Shen Mi, discussing Dr. Gu's matters with Shen Chen, informed him that Dr. Gu was interested in Tian Tian. Shen Chen, now aware of everything, insisted that Shen Mi was his biggest competitor. Shen Chen added fuel to the fire, saying that some people at Tian Lin didn't want to see Dr. Gu. Shen Mi walked in, surprised by the low turnout at the hospital that day. In the office, Tian Tian directly questioned Shen Mi if he had anything to do with this. Shen Mi calmly analyzed the day's performance, stating that most were fans of Gu Mingze, and there weren't many actual clients. This statement left Tian Tian speechless, unable to argue.

Tian Tian's father's health was not as good as before. Fortunately, Tian Tian arrived in time to prevent him from falling. Her father asked about the expert consultation at Tian Lin and wondered why she was back at this time. He also inquired about Tian Tian's relationship with Shen Mi. Her father mentioned that encountering challenges at work was not necessarily a bad thing, recalling his own experiences during the internship. Shen Mi, organizing something, remembered the incident in Thailand. He then instructed someone to prepare all the collaboration data with Green River and Thailand. Dr. Gu showed the data to Shen Mi's uncle, revealing an issue with one clinical case—although the treatment was effective, there were significant side effects. Shen Mi's uncle wasn't concerned, but Dr. Gu was worried. To solve the problem, they needed to obtain a patent. Shen Mi agreed. Tian Tian was still worried about the performance, and Tian Peilan mentioned chatting with someone who had seen the owner of Pangu Kennel. Tian Tian decided to navigate there. When Dr. Chen noticed the electric scooter missing, Tian Tian had already ridden it for a while. Shen Mi, upon learning this, hurried to find Tian Tian. Her phone and scooter were both out of battery. They encountered a wild boar and hid. Shen Mi appeared just in time to protect Tian Tian, realizing it was a misunderstanding.

The two were invited to the farmer's home. The pig that caused the misunderstanding was sent back. Suddenly, the pig had a problem and collapsed. Tian Tian quickly assessed the situation but lacked medicine. Shen Mi remembered the veterinary station and suggested calling her father for some common medicine. After getting the proportions, they quickly dealt with the situation. In the evening, the farmer surprisingly arranged a bed for both of them!
