Shen Mi pulled Tian Tian into the room to check her blood pressure. As soon as they entered the bedroom, Shen Mi laughed because Tian Tian had just used her hands to check her heartbeat. Shen Chen, seizing the opportunity, came out. Grandpa suggested that Shen Chen could meet Dr. Xiaotian. Thinking the two had left, Shen Chen heard them entering the room to measure blood pressure. When Tian Tian reported the blood pressure, Shen Chen immediately retreated to his room to play with Carlo.

Later, Shen Mi and Tian Tian came out. At this point, Grandpa suddenly felt discomfort in his heart. Tian Tian rushed to help with water. Shen Mi, unaware of Grandpa's heart problem, learned it was an old ailment. Grandpa suggested that Tian Tian should stay with Shen Mi because of his heart condition. Although Uncle Han thought it was inconvenient for a man and a woman to live together, Shen Chen, hiding in the bathroom, couldn't speak about his predicament. Grandpa explained that he was genuinely concerned about Shen Mi's health. As Grandpa started feeling unwell, Tian Tian worried, and in the end, despite the awkwardness, Grandpa decided they would stay together. He warned them not to deceive him, as he would visit from time to time. After he left, Uncle Han revealed that he understood Grandpa's intentions, admitting he could only help to a certain extent. Tian Tian and Shen Mi felt awkward, and Shen Mi said Tian Tian needed to discuss this with her parents. Tian Tian left, and Shen Chen, who came out later, scolded Shen Mi as despicable, but couldn't express his true feelings.

The next day, Shen Chen told Tian Yuxian about the incident, stating that Shen Mi was too despicable. Tian Tian also discussed it with Tian Peilan, who exclaimed it was too sweet. Only Tian Tian knew how awkward the situation was. Tian Peilan suggested telling her parents that Tian Tian was staying at the hospital. Tian Tian was skeptical but had no other option. That evening, when Tian Tian returned home, she found Tian Yuxian massaging her dad's legs, her mom greeting her, and Shen Chen coming out of the kitchen with dishes. Shen Chen was hospitable at the dinner table, even buying gifts for Tian Tian's parents. After a pleasant exchange, Shen Chen asked if Tian Tian had packed her things. Tian Tian's parents were confused, and only after Shen Chen left did they inquire about the situation. Tian Yuxian quickly explained, praising Shen Chen. Tian Tian's father didn't object much, saying grandchildren bring their own blessings.

The next day, with her luggage, Tian Tian moved to Shen Mi's house. They explored where Tian Tian could stay, ruling out the living room, Carlo's room, and Shen Mi's bedroom. In the end, Tian Tian reluctantly chose the sofa. Bringing lots of instant food, Tian Tian discovered the fridge was already well-stocked. The two began their cohabitation. Before Tian Tian arrived at the hospital, gossip had already spread in Tianlin. Shen Chen's jealousy was evident, and everyone teased him. Dr. Gu, under Han Mengnan's arrangement, started promoting the new drug. The host focused on Dr. Gu's relationship, and an argument erupted between the host and Han Mengnan. Dr. Gu took Han Mengnan away.

At the hotel entrance, Dr. Gu invited Han Mengnan to dinner, but she declined. Instead, they went fencing, and Dr. Gu was surprised to find out Han Mengnan had been practicing for six years. Meanwhile, at Shen Mi's house, Tian Tian prepared a meal, including pickled green mango made by her mom. Shen Mi couldn't bear the taste but tried it, eventually vomiting in the bathroom. An apology from Tian Tian followed. Dr. Gu drove Han Mengnan home, and they enjoyed the music in silence. In the room, Tian Tian apologized to Shen Mi, who forgave her. They ended up watching a movie in the living room with the lights off, creating a scary atmosphere. This scared Shen Mi, and Carlo's lick made him jump up.

The next morning, Shen Mi had a headache and felt uncomfortable when meeting Uncle Han. Uncle Han suggested keeping a distance from Tian Tian, not revealing unnecessary information to her.
