Synopsis
The story begins with a "half-heart gift" and an accidental "heart theft" a hundred years ago. Bai Han, a demon on the brink of death, was given half a heart by Liu Fufeng, allowing him to survive, and the two became deeply bound by karma.
A hundred years later, a mortal named Bai Shanjun stumbles into the realm of "Yin Yang Crossing" and, by a twist of fate, steals the other half of Liu Fufeng's heart.
Bound together by the heart theft, Bai Shanjun and Liu Fufeng are forced to confront a series of eerie events triggered by their connected hearts. As they grow closer, Bai Shanjun—who firmly believes in the separation of humans and demons—becomes emotionally entangled with the straightforward Liu Fufeng.
