On the other side, the pet exhibition is about to begin. Tian Tian is in the dressing room preparing. Shen Mi then receives a message that Carlo is missing. Carlo has encountered some trouble with a group of troublemakers, and they threw his collar into the water. Suddenly, the watches of Tian Tian and Shen Mi trigger an alarm. They realize that Carlo is in trouble. When Tian Tian sees the collar in the lake, she thinks Carlo had an accident and jumps in. Shen Mi arrives in time to rescue Tian Tian. He explains that he can't marry Han Mengnan, but Tian Tian still can't forgive him. At this moment, Carlo, who was on the sidelines, experiences an unexpected health issue. Tian Tian quickly realizes that it's a heart problem and requires surgery. She contacts Wen Jing for help, but Chen Yifan is at the police station. In this urgent situation, Tian Tian picks up the surgical knife once again!
