When Tian Tian and Shen Mi heard about the honeymoon suite, they instantly froze in place. Shen Mi inquired and found out that only one room had been booked. Tian Tian asked the front desk to check for other available rooms, but the result was a clear no. Shen Mi, feeling exasperated, walked away, and Tian Tian, sensing what might be happening, cautiously followed Shen Mi without daring to utter a word.

Upon reaching the booked room, they were greeted by a bed covered in rose petals and various items prepared for couples. Both Tian Tian and Shen Mi were stunned. Tian Tian immediately called Tian Peilan, questioning her about the situation. Tian Peilan, with an air of pride, suggested that there must be something fishy going on in their minds; otherwise, they would have handled it gracefully. Unable to make sense of the situation, Tian Tian and Tian Peilan hung up. They planned to confront her later. When they returned to the room, Shen Mi was tidying up the mess on the bed. Tian Tian intended to explain that her aunt didn't do it intentionally, but Shen Mi bluntly stated that it was deliberate. He even added a series of requests to the order, such as roses and champagne, making it obvious. Tian Tian felt embarrassed, but Shen Mi saw it as an opportunity, stating that the room was spacious enough for two people. He then suggested that Tian Tian rest for a while and later take her out.

In the 13th episode of "Sweet You," Shen Mi encountered a mysterious person on the street who handed him a document. The person mentioned that the factory had been abandoned for a long time, and obtaining the information was a considerable effort. Meanwhile, Tian Tian, just waking up, found a note left by Shen Mi in the living room, explaining that he had some matters to attend to. Tian Tian, after some tidying up, went outside and surprisingly saw a familiar figure—Shen Chen! She asked him incredulously how he ended up there, and Shen Chen explained that it was his classmate's classmate getting married here, providing a rather absurd reason.

Later, Shen Chen and Tian Tian went out with Caro. The riverside was lively, and Shen Chen suggested celebrating the Water Lantern Festival by inviting Tian Tian to paddle a boat. Tian Tian declined, claiming to be hungry. Shen Chen happily went to buy mango sticky rice for her. While Tian Tian and Caro strolled around, they came across a vendor selling lanterns, claiming they were effective for wish-making. Intrigued, Tian Tian bought one, lit it, and shared stories with Caro. Suddenly, Shen Mi appeared behind them, startling Tian Tian. Shen Mi, noticing Tian Tian releasing a lantern, remembered it was the Water Lantern Festival and bought a similar lantern. They shared their secrets, and just as Tian Tian was about to reveal more, Shen Chen arrived, prompting Shen Mi to remain silent. Tian Tian explained that Shen Chen's presence solved the accommodation issue, as Shen Mi and Shen Chen could stay together. Shen Mi was speechless.

Back at the hotel, Tian Tian found herself excitedly recalling the scene by the river where Shen Mi held her. Meanwhile, Shen Mi and Shen Chen, upon meeting, started arguing. The next morning, Shen Mi and Tian Tian attended the Animal Medicine Summit, but Shen Chen's phones were switched off, causing him to jump out of bed fearing they had left him behind.

Feeling bored at the summit, Tian Tian was surprised when Shen Mi signed her up for a pet emergency competition, and she ended up winning an award. Shen Chen, lacking an invitation, was rejected and unexpectedly encountered Han Mengnan. Not wanting Han Mengnan to see Shen Mi, Tian Tian, and him together, Shen Chen covered for them, allowing Shen Mi and Tian Tian to go out for a meal.

During dinner, they discussed green mango salad, triggering Shen Mi's memories. He suggested taking Tian Tian somewhere after the meal. Meanwhile, Shen Chen directly told Han Mengnan that he liked Tian Tian, exposing Han Mengnan's feelings for Shen Mi and proposing an alliance. He also warned Caro not to disclose this information.

After arriving at the destination, Shen Mi cleared the weeds, offered green mangoes, and introduced his only friend, Gao Zhuo. They had been living there for eight years. Shen Mi shared his childhood and the reasons for coming to this place with Tian Tian.
