When Shen Mi returned home, Tian Tian asked him to help set up a folding screen, and there was also a new wardrobe Tian Tian had bought. Shen Mi jokingly remarked that Tian Tian was playing house at his place. Afterward, Shen Mi went back to his room and discovered his clothes were missing. He asked Tian Tian what happened, and she explained that she put the clothes in the wardrobe after they had dried. Shen Mi, angered that Tian Tian touched his wardrobe, scolded her. Feeling guilty, Tian Tian thanked Shen Mi for reminding her that this was his home and promised not to touch his things again. She left after that.

Shen Mi immediately checked his wardrobe and was relieved to find nothing had been moved. It reminded him of the person under the tree in Thailand who claimed to be Shen Mi, with Gao Zhuo buried under the tree. Reflecting on the harsh words he had said to Tian Tian, Shen Mi felt uneasy. Meanwhile, Tian Tian walked away, cursing Shen Mi, feeling wronged as she had only intended to be helpful. Shen Mi sat down, recalling what Tian Tian had said under the tree in Thailand and their bet. Carlo was quietly present. Suddenly, Carlo ran to the door, barking continuously, and then returned to Shen Mi. Shen Mi didn't understand what was happening. Thunder roared outside, followed by heavy rain. Tian Tian was standing by the roadside, struggling to get a taxi as the passing cars hurried past. Shen Mi, worried, went out, calling Tian Tian's name. Tian Tian tried using a ride-hailing app, but Shen Mi kept calling her, making her anxious. Eventually, Shen Mi found Tian Tian. When Tian Tian realized it was Shen Mi, she instinctively stepped back. Shen Mi offered an umbrella, but Tian Tian refused, bursting into tears. Seeing this, Shen Mi hugged Tian Tian and took her home.

Back home, Tian Tian went to take a shower, and Shen Mi, considerate, made ginger soup. When Tian Tian came out, Shen Mi was assembling her wardrobe. Drinking the ginger soup, Tian Tian felt warm inside. That night, while trying to sleep, Tian Tian couldn't forget the scene of Shen Mi holding her and saying, "Let's go home." The next morning, the alarm woke Tian Tian up, and she got ready for work, even helping Shen Mi fetch water and squeeze toothpaste. After that, she cautiously knocked on Shen Mi's door. Since there was no response, Tian Tian, thinking something had happened to Shen Mi, entered the room and found him sweating. She touched him and realized Shen Mi had a fever. Tian Tian called her aunt, explained the situation, and took a day off. Tian Peilan was delighted, predicting that their relationship would deepen during this time. Chen Yifan, feeling uncomfortable, heard this. Meanwhile, Shen Chen was helped out by Tian Yuxian due to food poisoning.

Once outside, Shen Chen quickly recovered. He was worried about what might happen between Tian Tian and Shen Mi, deciding to rush to Shen Mi's house. Under Tian Tian's care, Shen Mi was improving. When he regained consciousness, he started teasing Tian Tian, saying he was fine and asking her to leave. As Tian Tian left, Shen Mi felt hurt and said he was a patient, wondering why Tian Tian just walked away. However, Tian Tian was genuinely concerned about Shen Mi. When Shen Mi went to find Tian Tian, she happened to be in the bathroom. Shen Mi returned to his room, feeling hungry. He ended up drinking the congee that Tian Tian had cooked. Later, when Tian Tian was helping Shen Mi with laundry, someone knocked on the door. Seeing it was Shen Chen, Shen Mi closed the door, telling Tian Tian it was an insurance salesman. He then asked Tian Tian to handwash the clothes, and Shen Chen was sent away, leaving Shen Mi feeling triumphant.

Han Mengnan helped her grandfather pick up Old Ma and ordered a meal. Meanwhile, Tian Tian and Shen Mi were preparing hot pot at home when the dishes Han Mengnan ordered suddenly arrived. It turned out Grandpa wanted to treat Old Ma at Shen Mi's house. Shen Mi and Tian Tian immediately tidied up the room. As Tian Tian was about to leave, the doorbell rang. Tian Tian had to hide and accidentally ended up in the room where the hot pot was concealed. Shen Mi and Han Mengnan chatted with Grandpa outside. Han Mengnan was anxious to discuss business matters, but the awkward situation persisted. Grandpa needed to use the restroom and accidentally entered the room where Tian Tian was hiding. They ended up sharing hot pot and pickled green mango. Grandpa said he always craved this taste when abroad. Han Mengnan, who unintentionally walked in, felt uneasy witnessing the scene. Later, she accompanied Grandpa back to the hotel. Grandpa was delighted, holding the green mango pickles Tian Tian gave him!
