Huang Yingzi's mother heard from neighbors that Zhuang Yuan had waited for Huang Yingzi to go home together several years ago and thought Zhuang Yuan was interested in Huang Yingzi. She enthusiastically acted as a matchmaker, suggesting the two go out for coffee. Huang Yingzi and Zhuang Yuan clearly knew their parents had misunderstood, but to put their minds at ease, they put on an impromptu act. Their mothers, seeing the children chatting and laughing from afar, were overjoyed.

Zhuang Yuan had a girl he liked and even asked Huang Yingzi if she knew her current situation. Jiang Yi, however, turned his head to look at the stage and said that as long as Huang Yingzi caught the bouquet, he would show her the photos.

As for Huang Yingzi, whom everyone was focused on, she said she still really liked the author of that book, Ding Ye.

After the wedding, Fang Mingyu and Huang Yingzi took the train home together. Huang Yingzi showed her the sticker photos they took together in high school. Fang Mingyu asked Huang Yingzi how she felt about seeing Jiang Yi this time. Huang Yingzi verbally said it felt the same as seeing everyone else, but Fang Mingyu was not fooled. She knew that Huang Yingzi had always liked Jiang Yi very much.
