To thank Yue Jinzhao and the others for their help, Central Martial Alliance Leader Zuo Guanren invited them to join the Central Martial Alliance. When the group arrived at the Central Martial Alliance, they just happened to hear Xu Qiming and Chen Qianjun, disciples of the Valorous Hall, mocking Ju Shifang, saying he was unworthy of the position of Master of the Ingenious Hall.

To protect Xian Qing, Yue Qi and Yue Jinzhao both attacked the Central Martial Alliance members. Ming Xiu and Luo Zhaoyan also sensed the abnormality and hurried to help.

Luo Zhaoyan also publicly declared that she would never let anyone harm Xian Qing. The group was unwilling to change their stance, and all turned against the Central Martial Alliance. Ju Shifang heard the commotion and rushed to stop them. He told Zuo Guanren that although Xian Qing was a demon, he had saved them from danger countless times along the way. But Zuo Guanren refused to listen to his explanation, insisting on capturing Xian Qing.

Zuo Guanren made a move while Yue Qi was unprepared. Bian Luohuan took advantage of the chaos to abduct Yue Qi. Seeing scales flash on Yue Qi's body, Bian Luohuan stepped in to help. At this moment, Yue Jinzhao found Yue Qi through the Heart Connection Technique. He mistakenly thought Bian Luohuan was harming Yue Qi and attacked Bian Luohuan. During the fight, Bian Luohuan's mask was accidentally slashed off. Yue Jinzhao was astonished to find that Bian Luohuan looked exactly like him.
