Synopsis

In the 1990s, Ma Zhi County on the Qinghai Plateau heavily relied on agriculture and animal husbandry. The surrounding uninhabited area, Bo La Mu La, was rich in mineral and wildlife resources, attracting numerous poachers and illegal miners who exploited and killed indiscriminately for profit.

With the support of County Chief Lin Peisheng, Deputy County Chief Duo Jie established a mountain patrol team, initially to explore mineral resources in the uninhabited area for poverty alleviation. However, after witnessing the tragic slaughter of Tibetan antelopes, Duo Jie devoted himself entirely to environmental protection. Bai Ju, a young female officer in the patrol team, became Duo Jie's destined variable.

Bai Ju, an orphan adopted by Tibetan aid doctor Zhang Qinqin, was the bold and daring youngest daughter of the Bai family. She got along well with her teammates and fell in love with Shao Yunfei, a newspaper reporter. United in their goal to establish a nature reserve, they faced the disappearance of their leader, Duo Jie, and the disbandment of the patrol team just before success.
Over a decade later, Bo La Mu La regained its tranquility, but illegal coal mining disrupted the balance between development and conservation. Bai Ju reunited with her former lover, old friends, and family to uncover the truth behind Duo Jie's disappearance, ultimately clearing the hero's name and continuing to protect the green waters and blue skies of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.
