The Blue Whisper Episode 14 Recap
> The Blue Whisper Recap
Ji Yunhe and Chang Yi came to the wishing tree. Chang Yi learned that writing down a wish and hanging it on the tree might make it come true. He immediately wrote, "May the person I love live the rest of her life safe, happy, and joyful." Ji Yunhe asked him to read it aloud for the immortals in the sky to hear. Chang Yi obediently did as told.
Ji Yunhe also read it aloud once, secretly praying in her heart for Chang Yi to live the rest of his life safe and healthy. Lin Haoqing saw this scene from afar and swore to protect Ji Yunhe. Fireworks bloomed in the sky. Ji Yunhe and Chang Yi watched the fireworks together, enjoying the sweet moments they shared. At this moment, Qu Xiaoxing quietly walked past Ji Yunhe. Ji Yunhe knew that Lin Haoqing had arranged everything.
She took Chang Yi to a small wooden cabin in the woods. Lin Haoqing and Qu Xiaoxing had already decorated it. Ji Yunhe wanted to stay with Chang Yi here until midnight. Chang Yi gave her a scale and his merman pearl. He also took out a red string and tied one around each of their wrists. Ji Yunhe was touched that Chang Yi had kept the first gift she gave him – a conch shell.
This made her heart ache even more for Chang Yi's unconditional love for her. Ji Yunhe couldn't help but kiss Chang Yi, wishing they could meet earlier in their next life. The two stayed together, leaning on each other until midnight. Ji Yunhe and Chang Yi said goodbye. Ji Yunhe made Chang Yi unconscious, settled him onto the bed, and set up a spiritual barrier in the room.
Ji Yunhe used all her spiritual power to help Chang Yi remove Ru Ling's restriction, then tearfully said goodbye to him. Ji Yunhe asked Lin Haoqing to take Chang Yi away. She wanted to go back alone to face the bloody storm. Lin Haoqing worried that Chang Yi wouldn't leave. Ji Yunhe knew that Chang Yi hated being deceived the most.
If Chang Yi knew that Ji Yunhe had been using him, he would be completely disheartened and leave with hatred. Luo Jinsang and Qu Xiaoxing arrived shortly after. They heard Ji Yunhe's words. Luo Jinsang wanted to live and die with Ji Yunhe. Ji Yunhe didn't want to implicate her and wanted Luo Luo to live for herself from now on. Then she used her power to immobilize her and returned to the camp without looking back.
The guards discovered Chang Yi was gone and cried out in alarm. Ji Chengyu suspected Ji Yunhe had released Chang Yi. Ji Yunhe vehemently denied it. Ji Chengyu had no choice but to send people to search everywhere. Qu Xiaoxing used great effort to comfort Luo Jinsang and get her to sleep. Chang Yi suddenly woke up and found that Ji Yunhe was gone.
He was burning with anxiety, struggling desperately to break through the spiritual barrier to find Ji Yunhe. Lin Haoqing did not want to stand by and watch Ji Yunhe be tortured to death by Ru Ling, so he did not stop Chang Yi either. Chang Yi rushed back to the camp to find Ji Yunhe. To make him completely give up hope, Ji Yunhe repeatedly claimed that she had never loved Chang Yi and had only been using him.
She said she had now obtained the merman pearl, and Chang Yi had no more use value. Chang Yi was instantly stunned. The guards came upon hearing the news to arrest Chang Yi. Chang Yi used his power to knock them down onto the ground, grabbed Ji Yunhe, and ran. Lin Haoqing and Qu Xiaoxing were halfway there when they saw Ji Yunhe and Chang Yi being pursued. Chang Yi pulled Ji Yunhe to the mountain peak.
Before them was a bottomless abyss. Ji Yunhe urged Chang Yi to give up hope as soon as possible. Chang Yi didn't believe Ji Yunhe would betray him and was certain she had a hidden reason. Ji Yunhe said many heartless things and clearly stated that she had never been sincere towards Chang Yi. She raised a dagger and stabbed Chang Yi, and also cut off the red string on his wrist.
Ji Yunhe cruelly pushed Chang Yi off the cliff. Ji Chengyu arrived shortly after with his men. Ji Yunhe braced herself for a fight to the death with them. Ru Ling rushed over. Ji Yunhe wanted to kill her to avenge Chang Yi. Ru Ling sent Ji Chengyu down the cliff to search for Chang Yi. Ji Yunhe desperately blocked them, forbidding anyone from jumping off the cliff. She wanted to buy time for Chang Yi to survive.
While blocking them, Ji Yunhe's frost attack suddenly flared up. She forced herself to stand up. Ru Ling ordered volleys of arrows to be fired. Ji Yunhe dodged and weaved but eventually succumbed due to exhaustion. She was shot and covered in wounds. Ji Yunhe struggled to stand up. Ru Ling shot through her body. Ji Yunhe crouched there motionless. Ru Ling mistakenly thought she was dead and swore to grind her bones to dust and scatter her ashes.
Ji Yunhe suddenly jumped up. She transformed into a nine-tailed fox immortal and pressed closer towards Ru Ling. Ru Ling retreated in fear step by step, begging Ji Chengyu for help. As soon as Ji Chengyu rushed forward, he was knocked down by Ji Yunhe. Ji Yunhe used her power and struck Ru Ling, leaving her barely alive. Immortal Master Ning Qing suddenly arrived. He struck Ji Yunhe unconscious with one palm strike. Ji Yunhe's identity as neither immortal nor demon greatly interested him. Ning Qing sent Ji Chengyu to take Ji Yunhe back, forbidding him to tell anyone about this matter.
