Legend has it, Lord Ming is the ancient beast Kun. He roams the Four Seas above the clouds, possessing power capable of destroying heaven and earth. The human sect Qiyuan Sect reveres Lord Ming, bringing disaster upon the human realm. Major sects, led by the Luo Family, are searching everywhere for Lord Ming's whereabouts, wishing to eliminate him.

Lord Ming is on the verge of losing control due to absorbing vast amounts of dark energy, causing large numbers of people who believe in Qiyuan Sect to turn to stone. A catastrophe is imminent for the human realm. Yujie Hub, responsible for guarding the Six Realms, received a task.

Bian Luohuan was tasked with sealing Yue Qi's memories and sending her to the human realm for training, placing the hope of saving all living beings in the future upon Yue Qi. Inside Qiyuan Sect, Yue Qi saw the ancient divine beast Kun worshipped within and felt a strange sense of familiarity in her heart. Meng Cheng took advantage of Yue Jinzhao and Yue Qi being unprepared and trapped them in an iron cage. He then informed Qiyuan Sect's Steward Gao Xiao.

After learning about this, Gao Xiao originally intended to report to the Holy Envoy as soon as possible, but unexpectedly, Luo Zhaoyan rescued Yue Jinzhao and Yue Qi and directly fought her way into Qiyuan Sect. The disciples within Qiyuan Sect were no match for the three. They thought they could successfully teach the Qiyuan Sect members a lesson, but unexpectedly, Yue Qi suddenly merged with a soul fish. Gao Xiao and the others seeing this scene all believed Yue Qi was Lord Ming, while Yue Jinzhao saw Yue Qi continuously merging with the soul fish but was powerless to do anything.
