The Yaoren (medicinal humans) did not obey the Poison King and instead charged at the Ten Thousand Poison Sect disciples becauseBiyao had tampered with the Beast God's Blood Gu. OnceBiyao used her magic, all the Yaoren naturally charged at the Poison King. Biyao, Lin Jingyu, and Lu Xueqi jointly repelled the Poison King. Lin Jingyu learned fromBiyao that Zhang Xiaofan was at Guanxing Cliff and wanted to go there with her. However, Lu Xueqi didn't believeBiyao.

She told Lin Jingyu to return to Yudu City to report, informing Prefect Wei to send people to thoroughly investigate the area. She herself would go withBiyao to Guanxing Cliff to find out what was happening. Inside Guanxing Cliff, the Cliff Master placed Zhang Xiaofan under a spirit stone and immediately cast a spell.
