Tushan Hou presented numerous jewels, but failed to win Hao Ling Jiuyao’s favor—her heart remained set on the Fish Dan Purple, a gift from Tushan Jing. Unwilling to give up, Tushan Hou invited her to cut gemstones together, and Jiuyao agreed. This scene was witnessed by Lirong Chang, who angrily reported it to Tushan Jing. Upon hearing the news, Jing smiled calmly, sent Lirong Chang away, and stated his intent to investigate the truth in Qingshui Town.

Lirong Chang was confused, but Jing had his own plans and decided to uncover the truth himself. Tushan Jing asked Xiang Liu about Tushan Zhen’s background, offering money for information. Xiang Liu denied knowing anything, but revealed that Fangfeng Yiying had an affair with Tushan Hou, then left. The next day, Tushan Hou gifted Hao Ling Jiuyao a Fish Dan Red, hoping to exchange it for the Fish Dan Purple, but failed.

Jiuyao only accepted the Fish Dan Red, and Hou did not dare insist. Tushan Jing revealed the truth, enraging Lirong Chang, who wanted to stop Fangfeng Yiying from attending the banquet. Learning that Hao Ling Jiuyao would also attend, Jing saw through the scheme and advised Lirong Chang not to interfere. At the banquet, Jiuyao skillfully displayed the Fish Dan Red. Fangfeng Yiying saw through the act and stormed off.

Afterwards, Jiuyao met with Tushan Jing in secret to explain her recent actions. Jing said he trusted her and didn’t need explanations, revealing he already knew her intentions. He encouraged Jiuyao to continue her investigation while he waited for the right moment. Before parting, Jing gave her a crabapple flower and hinted at a favor. Fangfeng Yiying confronted Tushan Hou, exposing his lies, which ended their relationship.

With the Xingxing Mirror, Tushan Jing obtained key evidence proving Tushan Zhen’s identity, reconciling with Hao Ling Jiuyao. Jiuyao shared this with Xi Yan Cang Xuan. Though Cang Xuan was initially displeased, his grandfather’s guidance helped him let go. Tushan Jing took the initiative to meet Tushan Hou, expressing willingness to step aside for his relationship with Fangfeng Yiying. Realizing he had fallen into a trap, Tushan Hou tried to attack Jing in anger but was stopped in time.

Fangfeng Yiying tried to defend Hou, but he turned on her and accused her of seduction. Devastated, Yiying remained silent and chose not to defend herself. Tushan Jing handed them over to the family elders for a fair judgment. That night, Fangfeng Yiying privately met with Tushan Jing, pleading with him to care for Tushan Zhen in the future. Her maternal affection deeply moved Jing, who solemnly promised to care for the child.

The family council ruled that Fangfeng Yiying must go to the altar and offer her own blood to nourish the spirit as punishment. Tushan Hou was exiled to Hao Ling to reflect the family's stern condemnation. Meanwhile, the misunderstanding between Tushan Jing and Hao Ling Jiuyao was finally resolved, and they reconciled. Xiang Liu, upon hearing the news, felt a wave of sorrow. He drowned his grief in wine, lamenting love’s cruelty and twists.

At the Tushan family residence, Tushan Jing played chess with his grandfather. Their time together was warm and harmonious. Seeing Jing distracted by thoughts of Hao Ling Jiuyao, his grandfather felt gratified, knowing his grandson had found where he truly belonged. Elsewhere, Hao Ling Jiuyao finally completed her long-cherished medical treatise—a monumental work of knowledge and dedication.

She asked her brother, Xi Yan Cang Xuan, to help distribute it to doctors across the land, hoping to benefit the people and solidify his public support. Cang Xuan was moved and asked about her future plans. Jiuyao said she had always dreamed of opening a medical clinic and healing the world. The long-awaited day of the clinic’s opening finally arrived. Tushan Jing led many friends and family to celebrate, creating a festive atmosphere.

Standing in front of the clinic, Hao Ling Jiuyao looked upon the scene filled with warmth and hope, feeling deeply grateful and happy. She knew she would continue writing her own legendary tale on this land full of love and promise.
