The spy in the palace replaced the mother talisman in the king's hand and gave it to Shi Ji and Jin Renfeng. With the mother talisman in hand, taking down the Monster Control Kingdom was as easy as picking something out of a pocket. Shi Ji incited the demon race in the Monster Control Kingdom to rebel, causing widespread slaughter and revenge within the kingdom.

Shi Ji even told them that she had obtained the mother talisman, so they no longer had any reservations and could go kill humans to take revenge and vent their hatred. When Tushan Honghong and Ao Lai San Shao arrived at the Monster Control Kingdom, something had already happened here. After being poisoned, Chi Shan fell into a coma for several days. Cui Yuling examined him and said it was Seven-Day Slumber, a skill only known in the Southern Kingdom.

Tushan Rongrong and Tushan Yaya became suspicious of Ao Lai San Shao's identity. Tushan Honghong, however, knew Ao Lai San Shao's identity. The two were busy dealing with matters in Ao Lai Kingdom. They saw some slaughtered demons at the kingdom gate, presumably because the mother talisman was destroyed. Elder Xu rushed out furiously to question them, wanting to blame them for this matter.

Dongfang Yuechu arrived in time and stated that he was ordered by Bu Tai to welcome the Tushan leader. Tushan Honghong met with Bu Tai and asked about the mother talisman, confirming if the one in her hand was real. Elder Xu severely tortured the captured demon slaves. Shi Kuan couldn't bear to watch and went to stop him, but Elder Xu completely ignored him.

Bu Tai summoned Elder Xu, saying she wanted to reward him for taking care of the king, and also obtained the list of people who took care of the king. This list was what Tushan Honghong wanted; they needed to find the spy in the Monster Control Kingdom. Dongfang Yuechu obtained the deadly poison from the king; it turned out to be Red Gall Flower.

Shi Kuan was informed that a very powerful mother demon had obtained their mother talisman and asked him to join them to overthrow the Monster Control Kingdom, but Shi Kuan was unwilling to be ungrateful for Bu Tai's sake. Bu Tai saw that Shi Kuan was troubled and sensed that he was hiding something from her. He was afraid that he would be punished for matters concerning Gu Jin.

In Shi Kuan's heart, Bu Tai was no longer just a princess, but also the ruler of the Monster Control Kingdom. Bu Tai said that the king was poisoned, someone stole the mother talisman, and she only had Shi Kuan left. Bu Tai threw herself into Shi Kuan's arms, but Shi Kuan pushed her away, saying that it was not right. Tushan Honghong decided to disguise herself as a demon slave to infiltrate.

Whether that person was Shi Ji or not, she had to meet her. Dongfang Yuechu also wanted to go to the demon settlement with Tushan Honghong. He was unwilling to let her go alone. Tushan Honghong said verbally that it wasn't necessary, but still told him to come pick her up earlier tomorrow. The next day, Dongfang Yuechu disguised himself as a Tushan male fox. Tushan Honghong gave herself a new name called Su Su.

Bu Tai took Shi Kuan to drink plum soup, but Shi Kuan didn't dare to sit with her, saying he was just a demon slave. However, Bu Tai had never treated him as a demon slave and hoped he would forget his identity and just be Bu Tai. Bu Tai tried many times to break through the barrier between them, but was always stopped and rejected by Shi Kuan.

Upon arriving at the demon slave gathering place, they agreed to act when the opportunity arose to regain the mother talisman. In order to gather information, Tushan Honghong hid behind Dongfang Yuechu, calling him her brother. They quickly found Shi Ji's location. Shi Ji had already sensed Tushan Honghong's arrival. Since only a few demon slaves had left the city, she did not plan to reveal her identity.

Ao Lai San Shao falsely claimed that the Demon Venerable sent him to rescue Gu Jin. After sending him away, Dongfang Yuechu secretly followed him to the demon slave's lair.
