After Ying Yuan left without saying goodbye, Supreme Majesty sealed off the news, forbidding anyone from entering the Heavenly Medical Hall and the heavenly physicians from revealing Ying Yuan's condition. The immortal attendants of Yanxu Heavenly Palace could only hang bells to pray for Ying Yuan. Yan Dan disregarded the immortal attendants' attempts to dissuade her and insisted on going to the Heavenly Medical Hall to find Ying Yuan.

The fiery poison in Ying Yuan's body had invaded his bone marrow, causing him to lose his sight, immortal essence, and soul. Supreme Majesty immediately announced the deprivation of Marshal Huode's military authority and punished him to retire to Xuanyuan Cliff. Marshal Huode left in a huff. Yan Dan quickly tried to ease the situation for Marshal Huode and even brought up Ying Yuan's wish for "peace in the Six Realms" to comfort Supreme Majesty. Only then did Supreme Majesty slightly ease his anger and wanted to reward Yan Dan based on her merit.

Yan Dan voluntarily proposed to go down to the mortal realm to undergo tribulation on behalf of Zhi Xi, hoping to write more scripts during the opportunity. Supreme Majesty readily agreed.
