Pei Pei asked Jingjing about everything between her and Yu Tu, wanting to know if the two had gotten together. Jingjing glossed over their reunion and denied being with Yu Tu. Seeing that Jingjing didn’t want to talk, Pei Pei dropped the matter and didn’t pressure her, only asking her to help rank up in Honor of Kings. Ever since Jingjing played in an exhibition match, Pei Pei had become very interested in the game.

While Pei Pei was playing, Jingjing couldn’t help but look through her chat history with Yu Tu. Pei Pei was surprised that Yu Tu had sent Jingjing a string of messages. Knowing how proud the academic god was, she told Jingjing not to keep him hanging. Jingjing pouted—she hadn’t done that. Later, Pei Pei asked to borrow Jingjing’s account to play, and Jingjing, helpless against her acting cute, handed over her phone.

Pei Pei discovered Jingjing had an extremely high win rate and was shocked to find she had two “Pentakill Supreme” achievements. The “Pentakill Supreme” had extraordinary significance for Jingjing. She took the phone and looked carefully, finally understanding everything. Yu Tu hadn’t forgotten her birthday present. After playing the exhibition match, he gave her two Pentakill Supremes as gifts. She just hadn’t logged into the game and didn’t see them.

If someone gave you a birthday gift without saying a word, Pei Pei believed he must have had his reasons. Jingjing couldn’t help but recall Yu Tu’s confession that night. She had thought Yu Tu liked her less, but he had been full of deep affection. To Yu Tu, love wasn’t an impulse but something well thought out. He wanted to give Jingjing a better life and fulfilling companionship. With all misunderstandings cleared, Jingjing couldn’t wait to see Yu Tu.

When she heard from Pei Pei that high school classmates were having a KTV gathering, she immediately agreed—she had decided to go see Yu Tu. Yu Tu’s mother and aunt wanted to set him up with someone, but he flatly refused—he didn’t want to waste anyone’s time. He hadn’t planned to attend the high school reunion, but when he heard Jingjing would be there, he decided to go.

Stuck in traffic, Yu Tu anxiously stared at the unmoving cars, afraid he would miss seeing Jingjing. Determined, he got out of the car and ran all the way to the KTV to see the girl he deeply loved. Jingjing didn’t see Yu Tu at the KTV and was a bit disappointed, but she didn’t let it ruin the mood and went on stage to sing a song.

Before the song ended, Yu Tu had already arrived at the private room. He entered Jingjing’s world and watched her finish the entire song. After it ended, Yu Tu was surrounded by male classmates, but his gaze never left Jingjing. He walked toward her and, in front of everyone, asked if she had come to the reunion because of him. Yu Tu’s tenderness left Jingjing unable to resist. She decided not to argue with him anymore.

Yu Tu wanted to take Jingjing away. Jingjing was embarrassed to leave so many people behind and said she would sit for a while longer. But Yu Tu leaned in and kissed her, then walked out with her, leaving the others stunned. Yu Tu led Jingjing out, gently helping her into a coat and wrapping her scarf. Jingjing asked about the Pentakill Supremes, and Yu Tu patiently explained that he hadn’t told her because they weren’t played together.

After talking about the game, Yu Tu asked if Jingjing had accepted him, but she didn’t give a direct answer, only saying there was still something he hadn’t done. She told him to go back and think it through. Just then, someone entered the emergency stairwell. Afraid Jingjing would be recognized, Yu Tu pulled her tightly into his arms. With Jingjing around, even the emergency stairs no longer felt safe—but he had already gotten used to it.

Yu Tu took Jingjing to their high school. In the familiar environment, they reminisced and held each other’s hands. They had missed their chance in high school. Now, Yu Tu only wanted to love Jingjing for the rest of his life. In the place where their youth once lived, Yu Tu leaned in and kissed her. At last, they opened their hearts and came together.
