Gu Weiyi opened the door and found it was Fu Pei. Without a word, Fu Pei called Situ Mo away. Gu Weiyi looked at the closed door, feeling very disappointed. Not long after, Situ Mo returned home in a panic. Gu Weiyi curiously asked Situ Mo what Fu Pei wanted with her. After much hesitation, Situ Mo told him what had just happened: After a moment of silence, Fu Pei confessed to Situ Mo and wanted to be with her.

Situ Mo, tearfully, said her liking him didn't suddenly disappear. It was just that Fu Pei had never sincerely wanted to be with her all along.
His repeated attempts to run away made her realize her own heart, especially when Fu Pei was with Wang Shan. Situ Mo found that she no longer felt sad because of Fu Pei. Just as Situ Mo was about to leave to buy medicine for Fu Pei, Fu Pei suddenly held her tightly and asked her to give him another chance. Situ Mo said she really didn't like Fu Pei anymore, and then ran back home.
