Back in the City Lord's Manor of Yudou, Zeng Shushu led Lin Jingyu to see his newly developed invention. Unexpectedly, he couldn't find the blueprints anywhere. It was then that he received news that the silver vault had been robbed. Such an incident occurred in Yudou City, which usually had doors open even at night. Lord Wei was furious, scolding Yan Lie for his inadequate defense.

Li Xun, crying "stop thief" while being the thief himself, falsely accused that all these matters were related to the Demonic Cult. Lord Wei instructed Yan Lie to investigate the whereabouts of the blueprints and the collected silver. Zeng Shushu returned to his workshop and found the wooden parrot saying, "Teach him a lesson." Yan Lie was originally an undercover agent of the Wandu Sect in Yudou City. However, at this time, Zhou Yixian's granddaughter suddenly got poisoned, and Qingyun Sect disciples were heading to Kongsang Mountain. Yan Lie quickly reported this situation to his senior brother. Lin Jingyu suddenly thought of another method; he picked up the wine from the jar and poured it onto a plant, and the lush flowering plant immediately withered. Lin Jingyu told Jin Ping'er that he would definitely investigate this matter thoroughly to clear her name.

Zhang Xiaofan, after enduring countless hardships, finally managed to collect Cliff Swallow Grass on a sheer cliff in Kongsang Mountain. Unexpectedly, he missed his footing, and his cry of alarm attracted two Wandu Sect disciples.
