Chu Li only saw what she had sent to Fox King in the evening and quickly explained that she only respected Jiang Yucheng. Zhou Chuan was very happy to see the message. Just as Chu Li was about to knock on Zhou Chuan's door, she heard him talking on the phone with Zhou Guxuan. There was a strong sense of tension between them because of the Huazhi Award. Zhou Chuan opened the door and saw Chu Li eavesdropping.
Chu Li quickly begged him to agree to submit the book for the Huazhi Award, even pulling A Xiang and Editor-in-chief Xia along to play the victim, embodying an actress and shedding two drops of eye drops. Zhou Chuan panicked a little seeing her cry. After Chu Li's tearful plea, Zhou Chuan finally agreed to submit the book for the Huazhi Award. Zhou Chuan and Chu Li drank together to celebrate the huge success of "Luòhé Shén Shū".

Chu Li felt that Suo Heng's beginning was far worse than what she had seen before and couldn't understand why Lao Miao chose this beginning. A Xiang said maybe Lao Miao was going to give up on her. Jiang Yucheng saw it was about to rain and took an umbrella to pick up Chu Li.
Zhou Chuan was still concerned about whether she had an umbrella, and his concern eventually turned into telling her to come back and make chicken soup. As Chu Li was preparing to walk home in the rain, Jiang Yucheng arrived with an umbrella. Zhou Chuan met them on the way. In a hurry, he threw away his umbrella and rushed over, saying he hadn't brought an umbrella.
Zhou Chuan could tell he had come specifically to pick up Chu Li, but Zhou Chuan remained stubborn.
