As the martial artists gathered in the Ancient Tomb of the Great Wilderness, Teng Lei struggled repeatedly to grasp the essence of martial arts. His father, Teng Cha, advised him not to be too anxious, warning that such impatience could lead to yuan energy disorder and wasted opportunities. Meanwhile, Lin Dong and Ying Huanhuan were also having difficulty. Eventually, both settled down and succeeded in capturing martial arts essences.
Ying Huanhuan achieved a level eight, while Lin Dong attained a rare level nine. Teng Lei, seeing Lin Dong’s success, rushed forward to snatch the level nine martial art, proclaiming, "Let me teach you. This is called snatching!" Qingtan and Lin Langtian also managed to secure their positions. Suddenly, the symbols on the Great Wilderness Ancient Tablet began to shift, indicating the emergence of Creation Martial Arts.
This powerful and violent martial power was ultimately obtained by Lin Dong, to Teng Lei's fury. Teng Lei confronted Lin Dong, demanding to know why he constantly worked against him, declaring that only one of them would survive the day. Lin Dong retorted that the ancestral talisman would never choose someone with selfish desires and despicable tricks.
He then used the Heavenly Imprisonment Palm of the Great Wilderness to strike Teng Lei down, a move applauded by Mu Qianqian from a distance. After finding his severely injured son, Teng Lei, Teng Cha was approached by Mu Qianqian. She urged him to abandon his peaceful ways and seek revenge for Teng Lei, offering to teach him an evil kung fu not found in Yuan Gate.
When Teng Cha questioned her motives, Mu Qianqian pressed him to decide if he wanted revenge and the ancestral talisman or if he preferred to waste time listening to her story. Persuaded, Teng Cha decided to pursue Lin Dong for vengeance. Lin Dong, lying on the ground, fed Xiao Diao some yang yuan-pellets. Upon rising, he and others found themselves separated by yuan energy walls.
This was due to the Dimension Talisman, which had split the area into various spaces, blocking both people and sound. Xiao Diao explained that they needed to find a dimensional vortex to escape. Lin Langtian attempted to break through the walls with force but failed. Qingtan then suggested that her ice toxin could be used to open the vortex, despite the harm it would cause her.
She bravely accepted, stating that she was happy to be useful and trusted that she would be fine as long as Lin Langtian was with her. Xiao Diao mused to Lin Dong that the dimensional vortex could be either below ground or in the sky. Just then, Ying Huanhuan descended from the sky, landing on Lin Dong and jokingly accusing him of taking advantage of her first kiss.
Moments later, Teng Cha also descended from above, confirming Lin Dong's thought that this truly was too narrow a road for enemies, as Teng Cha immediately focused on killing Lin Dong. Meanwhile, Qingtan was using her ice toxin to break through the barriers. As faint light patterns emerged, she collapsed, overwhelmed by the exertion. Lin Langtian, blaming himself, helped her through the yuan energy wall.
Lin Dong and Teng Cha continued their fierce battle, with Lin Dong struggling against the formidable Teng Cha. Seeing the Ancestral Talisman altar emitting lights, Lin Langtian chose to leave the unconscious Qingtan, promising to return after obtaining the Dimension Talisman. He successfully opened the talisman box and retrieved the Dimension Talisman, becoming absorbed in his triumph. Lin Dong eventually severed one of Teng Cha's arms, finally freeing himself from the fight, as the cave began to crumble.
Lin Langtian again decided to leave Qingtan to find Lin Dong, encountering Teng Cha along the way. Lin Langtian fiercely wounded Teng Cha. The injured Teng Cha, fleeing from Lin Langtian, stumbled upon the unconscious Qingtan in the crumbling cave, realizing she could be useful for refining the Devour Talisman with her ice toxin. Lin Dong continued searching for Ying Huanhuan. Xiao Diao eventually found Lin Dong, demanding more yang yuan-pellets, wondering if Ying Huanhuan had entered another dimension.
Lin Langtian, now injured, reunited with Lin Dong and Xiao Diao, informing them that Qingtan was at the Dimension Talisman's location. As they were all still trapped, Lin Langtian cut his hand, spilling blood to create an exit, through which Ying Huanhuan also reappeared. Back with Lin Dong, he expressed his understanding that Qingtan willingly followed Lin Langtian, believing she would be fine.
He then instructed Ying Huanhuan to keep an eye on Xiao Diao and ensure he didn't touch the ancestral talisman. However, Xiao Diao soon realized the ancestral talisman was missing, which Ying Huanhuan confirmed. Lin Dong and Lin Langtian searched the cave for Qingtan, but she was nowhere to be found. Lin Dong angrily questioned Lin Langtian about Qingtan's whereabouts and how he had cared for her.
Just then, Xiao Diao announced that the ancestral talisman was also gone, further intensifying Lin Dong's demand for an explanation from Lin Langtian. Lin Langtian explained that he had rushed to help Lin Dong fight Teng Cha and hadn't had time to secure Qingtan properly. He then coughed blood and tearfully apologized, expressing regret for leaving Qingtan. Lin Dong, seeing Lin Langtian's distress, softened, realizing Lin Langtian had acted to save him.
Xiao Diao then pointed out Ling Qingzhu's lotus dart, leading Ying Huanhuan to conclude that someone had stolen the ancestral talisman and abducted Qingtan, likely Teng Cha. Meanwhile, outside, Ling Qingzhu observed Teng Cha, who had Qingtan with him. Teng Cha instructed his subordinates to care for his son and reiterated his intent to use Qingtan's ice toxin to refine the Devour Talisman. Ling Qingzhu, alone, hesitated to act.
Suddenly, the Great Wilderness Ancient Tablet was sealed off, and the ancient tomb space began to collapse. Xiao Diao warned everyone that if the ancestral talisman was gone, the dimension would disappear, urging them to leave quickly. Lin Dong, Lin Langtian, Ying Huanhuan, and Xiao Diao were buried. Lin Dong's thoughts remained with Ling Qingzhu. Outside, Ling Qingzhu, joined by Xiao Yan, desperately sought a way to open the collapsing ancient tablet. She expressed grave concern that Lin Dong and the others trapped inside would vanish along with the disappearing space.
