During the first match, Tong Yao informed her teammates that the opposing jungler, Jian Yang, was her ex-boyfriend, hoping to encourage K to gank mid. K, however, responded coolly, stating he would come when necessary. As the game progressed, Lu Sicheng and Fatty in the bot lane collaborated to eliminate CK team's duo. Meanwhile, Jian Yang stealthily approached the mid lane and initiated a gank on Tong Yao.
Tong Yao quickly called for K's assistance, leading to a skirmish where the outnumbered Jian Yang was eventually eliminated. After respawning, Jian Yang moved to the top lane, catching Lao Mao off guard and securing a kill. Disadvantaged, Lao Mao complained about K's absence from his lane. Hearing this, Tong Yao and K both moved to the top lane to assist. The three worked together, winning a small team fight, much to the frustration of the slain CK players.
Soon after, ZGDX capitalized on their advantage, securing the Orochi. With this momentum, they pushed directly into the CK team's base, destroying their crystal and securing the first win. The defeated CK team returned to their lounge to discuss countermeasures, deciding to target the visibly unwell Lu Sicheng in the next game. In the ZGDX lounge, the victorious team was in high spirits. Tong Yao was reapplying her makeup while Fatty casually scrolled through Weibo.
However, their captain, Lu Sicheng, was slumped on the sofa, resting due to a fever. Noticing his condition, Tong Yao expressed concern, but Lu Sicheng simply stated they needed to finish the game quickly before going to rest. The second match began, and Lu Sicheng, clearly not in top form, found himself pressured. Soon, Jian Yang coordinated with his bot lane teammates to take down Lu Sicheng. Seeing ZGDX’s main carry eliminated, the CK team prepared to take the Orochi.
Just as ZGDX seemed ready to abandon the objective, Tong Yao bravely ventured into the Orochi pit alone. She executed a series of powerful combos, eliminating CK's Butterfly and then Little Flower for a double kill. In response, Jian Yang and Lucky charged directly at Tong Yao. At that critical moment, Fatty arrived just in time to save her. The rest of the ZGDX team quickly converged, trapping the CK players and securing a clean three-for-zero exchange.
ZGDX then took the Orochi and immediately grouped to push the mid lane. The CK team was overwhelmed and continuously pushed back. Finally, Tong Yao executed a skill combo to dive into the enemy team and then flashed back, successfully baiting out many of CK's abilities. Seizing the opportunity created by CK's poor positioning, ZGDX initiated a team fight. CK's players fell one after another, powerless as ZGDX dismantled their crystal, securing their second victory.
After their triumph, ZGDX went on stage to wave to the audience. During the subsequent interview, Tong Yao and Lu Sicheng offered brief remarks before leaving. Back at the base, Lu Sicheng went home early due to his illness, while the remaining teammates prepared for the evening's carnival. At that moment, Tong Yao also decided to return home, citing physical discomfort. To accommodate her, Xiao Rui called back the same driver who had taken Lu Sicheng.
In the car, Lu Sicheng asked Tong Yao why she was also going home. When Tong Yao vaguely explained that her pants were dirty, an inexperienced Lu Sicheng misunderstood, believing she had soiled herself, and asked her to move away from him with a look of distaste. Upon returning to the base, Tong Yao was browsing community forums when Xiao Rui messaged her, asking her to take medicine to Lu Sicheng.
Tong Yao reluctantly brought water and medicine to him, but Lu Sicheng complained that the water was too hot. At this, Tong Yao, who had just started her period, erupted. She launched into a tirade against him, and Lu Sicheng, left with no alternative, conceded and followed her demands. Tong Yao then decided to cook porridge. As she went downstairs to wash rice, a sharp pain shot through her lower abdomen, causing her to collapse.
Just then, Lu Sicheng came downstairs, took the pot from her, washed the rice, and set it to cook. He then thoughtfully touched Tong Yao's head before going back upstairs. Later, while Tong Yao was watching a live stream, Lu Sicheng heard a noise and rushed downstairs, fearing she had hurt herself. Finding her fine, he reached out and gently touched her stomach, causing her to blush and freeze.
Realizing she didn't have a hot water bag, Lu Sicheng chided her before finding one for her—one featuring a caricature of himself. With the hot water bag, Tong Yao felt some relief. They ate the porridge together before going upstairs to rest. Later, the rest of the ZGDX team returned from the carnival. Fatty immediately went upstairs to check on Lu Sicheng and Tong Yao. He then rushed back downstairs, too excited to speak, gesturing wildly. Curious, the others followed him upstairs. Lu Yue opened the door, paused in shock, then quickly slammed it shut, leaving the others even more bewildered.
