They suspected that the construction required a stable temperature and environment, necessitating multiple air conditioning units. Based on this, they started searching for possible locations, but there were too many matching places to pinpoint. Suddenly, the power went out, and Yuan Shengjie thought that installing large air conditioners required more voltage, leading them to the exact location. He sent Officer Kang to inspect the area. The construction workers claimed that due to the trend of electric cars, they had prepared backup electrical equipment, explaining the unusual voltage.
In fact, when Yang Junjie met with Tu Wennuo, he mentioned the black money vault on Artificial Island. To be safe, Tu Wennuo changed the location after learning that the police had visited the site.
