Wei Xiaochen sneaked into the nursing home at night and noticed a caregiver carrying two bags of garbage outside. As she was about to follow, she discovered that Yuan Shengjie was also there. Quietly, they both trailed the caregiver and overheard them talking about burning things and instructing the deceased not to seek revenge but to find that woman. Wei Xiaochen and Yuan Shengjie thought of Brittany, suspecting her collusion with the organ-trafficking doctor. Feeling a chill, they decided to bring Liang's father back home.
Feifei, at Wei Xiaochen's request, helped take care of Liang's father. After finishing breakfast, Liang's father, forgetting that he had already eaten, believed the packaging on the table was from the previous day. Without saying anything, he left, and Feifei, without grabbing his phone, hurriedly followed. Liang's father led Feifei to the place where the caregivers were burning things the previous night. He had a feeling that his friend might be buried there, so he picked up a nearby branch and started digging, eventually uncovering human bones. Seeing the bones, Feifei felt a chilling sensation and protected himself with his hands, while Liang's father picked up the bones and put them in a bag.
Wei Xiaochen tried calling Feifei, but there was no answer. Worried, she checked the location device she had placed in Feifei's shoe and discovered he was in an unexpected location. Realizing something was wrong, she quickly went with Yuan Shengjie. Following the location, they found Feifei's shoe on a garbage truck. Yuan Shengjie promptly showed his credentials and learned that the garbage was collected from a pet shop on another street. They rushed to the pet shop.
Inside the operating room, Feifei was on the operating table, and two men stood beside him. One of them demanded the doctor take both of Feifei's kidneys. The doctor warned that Feifei would die, but the man insisted. Just as the man was about to start the procedure, Wei Xiaochen and Yuan Shengjie appeared on the surveillance, prompting them to separate. One went to intercept, and the other hid in the operating room. Yuan Shengjie chased the man who had failed to capture Feifei earlier. The man fled, grabbed a passing woman, injured her, and escaped while Yuan Shengjie had to prioritize saving the woman. Wei Xiaochen subdued the doctor in the operating room, handcuffed him to a rack, and questioned him about Liang's father's whereabouts. However, he insisted he didn't know. Feifei, now awake, told Wei Xiaochen that Liang's father should be at the nursing home. Wei Xiaochen rushed to the nursing home, leaving Feifei to handle things there.
Liang's father was captured by the nursing home director, Pan Guodong, and others. They restrained him on a bed and accidentally found human bones in a bag that fell. Pan Guodong was alarmed and quickly forced Liang's father to swallow a large amount of sleeping pills before taking the bones away. Wei Xiaochen and Yuan Shengjie arrived hastily. Pan Guodong couldn't harm Liang's father and, seeing that Wei Xiaochen seemed unaware, followed Wei Xiaochen's request to process Liang's father's discharge.
Feifei narrowly escaped death from the veterinarian, scaring him off in anger. The veterinarian admitted to performing the surgery but claimed ignorance of other details. He mentioned a meeting with someone who was addressed as "sister" over the phone. Both Yuan Shengjie and Wei Xiaochen believed the person addressed as "sister" was Brittany, so they asked Feifei to find a way to hack into her computer. Feifei, disguised as someone checking telephone lines, coincidentally passed by Brittany's company. Brittany instructed her employees to watch the person checking the telephone lines carefully. Seizing the opportunity, Feifei pretended to cough and asked for a glass of water, secretly inserting a USB drive into Brittany's computer, successfully gaining access. Feifei checked the computer files but found everything normal. However, considering Brittany's normal business dealings, it was improbable that she could afford such a good office and the enormous internet usage, suggesting something suspicious.
Wei Xiaochen, aware that Brittany was causing trouble for her, decided to confront Brittany personally. Brittany, facing the agile Wei Xiaochen, instinctively pressed a button under the table. Someone saw Wei Xiaochen's actions and threatened to call the police. Wei Xiaochen had to retreat, but she soon remembered Brittany's unusual behavior. Returning to investigate, she discovered a hidden room behind the button, filled with computers. Feifei examined them and learned that Brittany and Pan Guodong were jointly using the elderly's identity information to launder money. Sister Mag learned about Brittany causing trouble due to personal grievances, leading her to change her base. She directly took action, instructing someone to kill Brittany, plunging the case into confusion once again.
