Zhao Lina (赵丽娜) born on September 18, 1991, in Shanghai, China, is a former Chinese football goalkeeper who played for Shanghai Shengli FC before retiring.

In 1999, Zhao began her football training at Shanghai Putuo Football School. She joined Shanghai Sports School in 2003 and was selected for the Shanghai women's football team in 2005. In 2015, she was chosen for the Chinese national women's football team to compete in the 2015 Canada World Cup.

In January 2022, Zhao was selected for the Chinese team at the 2022 AFC Women's Asian Cup in India, and in February, she won the Women's Asian Cup championship with the team.

In April 2023, Zhao announced her retirement, ending her 18-year playing career.
