Fang Ting Yi later taunts Bai Cao, suggesting her "secret weapon" was merely a trick and that she only scored points through "wicked ways." Bai Cao's friends defend her strategy. Coach Shen then announces a rematch between Fang Ting Yi and Bai Cao in a month, with the winner earning the spot to represent their school in the prestigious Yuan Wu Dao International City Youth Competition, a significant event for aspiring martial arts masters.
Fang Tinghao, whose Fangs Group is sponsoring an upcoming international training camp at Chang Hai Martial Arts Hall in Korea, extends an invitation for all students to attend, with the condition that they must pass all their academic subjects. Ruo Bai confronts Coach Shen, accusing her of bias towards Ting Yi due to her family connection. Coach Shen acknowledges her care for Ting Yi but maintains that Ting Yi's performance justifies it.
Ruo Bai argues that this approach might unfairly deny other students, like Bai Cao, a chance. Coach Shen then states that Bai Cao must earn the "best camp member" title at the Korean training camp to qualify for the final match against Ting Yi. Bai Cao confronts Ruo Bai, expressing her anger and sadness that he concealed such a significant event from her.
She conveys her desire to be more than just a dojo member; she wants to be a close friend and family. It is revealed that Ruo Bai's father is hospitalized with an illness. Earlier, Coach Shen had advised Ruo Bai that, with his qualifications, he would be more valuable as a coach guiding new students than as a competitor. This counsel, combined with his family's crisis, led to his decision to withdraw from the training camp.
Upon learning of Ruo Bai's decision to cancel his trip to Korea, Bai Cao suspects Fang Tinghao of somehow interfering. She confronts Fang Tinghao at the dojo, where he is training. Fang Tinghao, maintaining his characteristic flamboyant demeanor, neither confirms nor denies his involvement. Bai Cao states her intention to stay in China with Ruo Bai regardless. Ultimately, Ruo Bai changes his mind and decides to join the group traveling to Korea for the martial arts exchange. The group subsequently arrives in Korea and heads towards the Chang Hai Martial Arts Hall.
