Zhang Xiaofan stated that he had already made up his mind not to have any further involvement with the Ghost King Sect, but as for whether Bi Yao's feelings for him were genuine, he knew that better than anyone. Tian Ling'er was very angry upon hearing this.

Xiaofan told her that he only had one life, and as long as it could clear his sect's name, anyone could take it. Xiao Yicai secretly infiltrated the ancestral hall, casting a spell to open the Illusionary Moon Cave, intending to take the Zhuxian Sword. Wan Jianyi suddenly detected the anomaly, appeared abruptly, and Xiao Yicai fled. Upon hearing about the incident at the ancestral hall, the Sect Leader sighed, lamenting that the Demon Sect's people were becoming increasingly lawless.
