I Hear You Episode 24 (Ending) Recap
> I Hear You Recap
Tang Li met everyone for the first time after marriage, bringing Mars with her, and everyone was very happy. Tang Li gave Bei Erduo a gift; her life now is sweet and full of happiness. For Mars, Tang Li wanted to settle in Italy. Bei Erduo was thoughtful after hearing this. Bei Erduo sighed, saying that you really don't gain without sacrifice, which Tang Li found very strange.
Bei Erduo worriedly told Tang Li that Ye Shuwei was too good to her, even willing to give up his career to go to Japan for her. She had tried to persuade him but it was useless, which made Bei Erduo feel extremely guilty. Bei Erduo and Ye Shuwei strolled by the seaside. The two lit fireworks, and Ye Shuwei also played a song for Bei Erduo.
Listening to the song, Bei Erduo recalled the moments since they met; those scenes were as clear as yesterday. After much hesitation, Bei Erduo still wanted to talk properly with Ye Shuwei. Bei Erduo told Ye Shuwei that she was truly grateful for fate bringing him to her, but all of this was too beautiful, making it feel unreal. Bei Erduo brought up her mother.
She said her mother was a strong woman, and she knew it wasn't easy for her, so she had done things according to her mother's will since she was a child. But later, she felt this wasn't what she wanted, so she quit her job, applied for Japanese language study, and wanted to become a voice actress.
Bei Erduo told Ye Shuwei that she wanted to pursue the life she desired, and everything was as she expected, but Ye Shuwei was something unexpected. She didn't know if this was happiness or a test. Bei Erduo asked Ye Shuwei not to give up his career for her. Zhang Yilu had once said they were not people from the same world, and only now did she understand those words.
Bei Erduo told Ye Shuwei that she didn't want to give up her dream for him, and she hoped Ye Shuwei wouldn't give up his career for her; they might as well just end things here. Bei Erduo returned the ring to Ye Shuwei, wanting him to return to his original path. Ye Shuwei sadly accepted the ring. He felt that if the ring made Bei Erduo overthink, it was better not to have it.
As Bei Erduo turned to leave, she hugged Ye Shuwei out of reluctance; both of them were very reluctant to part. After Bei Erduo and Ye Shuwei separated, both thought about each other and felt very sad. Love is not the whole of life, nor should it become a burden on each other. Bei Erduo received a call from the girlfriend of an employee at Ye Shuwei's studio.
The other person accused Bei Erduo of being selfish, clinging to Ye Shuwei about going to Japan, causing the studio to give up a large order. Only then did Bei Erduo realize how many people Ye Shuwei leaving with her would affect. She told the other person that none of this would come true and then angrily hung up the phone. Bei Erduo's mother saw her daughter off at the airport.
She still believed that Ye Shuwei would go to Japan to accompany Bei Erduo. Bei Erduo said goodbye to her mother and then set off for the airport. Seeing the airport close by, Bei Erduo felt a sense of reluctance; she couldn't bear to leave everything here, but studying abroad was something she had long anticipated. Ye Shuwei comforted Bei Erduo thoughtfully, telling her to go to Japan without worry.
Seeing the boarding gate close by, Bei Erduo remembered the previous phone call. She didn't want Ye Shuwei to give up his work for her. Bei Erduo asked Ye Shuwei to buy her something to eat. By the time Ye Shuwei returned with the food, Bei Erduo had already disappeared.
When Ye Shuwei returned and couldn't find Bei Erduo, he understood that Bei Erduo had already boarded the plane and that she didn't want him to accompany her, which was why she left without saying goodbye. The airport announcement sounded, urging Ye Shuwei to board as soon as possible, but Ye Shuwei sat in the chair, reluctant to leave. Three months later, everyone's lives returned to normal.
Lin Qingzhuo specifically returned to China to thank Ye Shuwei, grateful that he had completed the merger of the two studios and solved her father's problem. Lin Qingzhuo returned the violin to Ye Shuwei, frankly saying that it was very good but not suitable for her. Bei Erduo began a work-study life in Japan. To support her studies, she worked part-time at a restaurant and was even confessed to by a passerby.
The other person asked if Bei Erduo was single, but Bei Erduo showed her violin bridge and confessed that she had someone in her heart, but only because she didn't want to hinder his career did she not let him accompany her. Just then, Ye Shuwei's voice sounded behind her, and Bei Erduo happily ran towards him.
