Bei Erduo, a girl from an ordinary family, loved voice acting since she was a child. After growing up, she always hoped to study voice acting in Japan to become a professional voice actress. Becoming a professional voice actress was the biggest dream of this ordinary girl named Bei Erduo, but her dream did not receive support from her family.

Her mother hoped she could marry a rich man, and therefore arranged many blind dates for her afterward, making her even more exhausted. While dealing with her mother, Bei Erduo was saving money for studying abroad. Later, seeing her friend was short on money, she accidentally participated in a reality show and coincidentally met the talented musician Ye Shuwei. Ye Shuwei is tall and handsome, a high-end violin maker who returned from Italy.

He independently founded a violin workshop, which is one of the few high-end violin workshops in China. The reality show Bei Erduo participated in was a dating show. To attract attention, the production team specifically found a group of handsome men and beautiful women to pair up. In fact, Bei Erduo did not know Ye Shuwei at all before participating in the show. When Bei Erduo participated in the show, she had no romantic feelings for Ye Shuwei at all.

Instead, she blurted out that she had only met him two days ago, astonishing everyone. Fortunately, Ye Shuwei cleverly managed the situation, covering up Bei Erduo's mistake, which eased the audience's concerns. Ye Shuwei pinched Bei Erduo's face in public and said sweet words without changing his expression, making the fans on site scream repeatedly. Bei Erduo cooperated on the surface but was furious inside.

After the show ended, Bei Erduo angrily went to settle scores with Ye Shuwei, but he didn't take her seriously at all. Ye Shuwei and Bei Erduo quickly became popular as a couple and appeared in the news. The program team also approved of their pairing and hoped to sign contracts with them to continue recording the show. Bei Erduo's best friend happened to be the person in charge of the production team.

She knew Bei Erduo was saving money to study in Japan and persuaded Ye Shuwei to sign a contract with Bei Erduo, but Ye Shuwei disagreed and insisted that Bei Erduo apologize to him in public. Ye Shuwei coldly told Bei Erduo that if she wronged him in public, she should apologize to him in public.

Bei Erduo was reminded by Ye Shuwei and only then remembered that when she previously participated in a voice audition, Ye Shuwei happened to be the interviewer. After her interview, Bei Erduo accidentally overheard the words of the boss's daughter and found out that the competition results were already rigged. She was really angry and publicly confronted the interviewer, Ye Shuwei.

In fact, Ye Shuwei also appreciated Bei Erduo's recording and had argued strongly, but the predetermined winner was the boss's daughter. He was just brought in by the production team to fill the spot and had no say, yet he was blamed by Bei Erduo in public. Bei Erduo was eager to sign the contract to get the bonus and go abroad to study, so she could only humble herself and apologize to Ye Shuwei in public.

Although Bei Erduo yielded on the surface, she secretly mocked Ye Shuwei in front of everyone, with no sincerity in her apology whatsoever. Unexpectedly, Ye Shuwei actually accepted her apology and agreed to sign the contract. Ye Shuwei made three rules with everyone. He agreed to sign and record the show, but privately, he and Bei Erduo would keep to themselves and not have any contact.

After Ye Shuwei left, Bei Erduo's best friend, Tang Li (Li Zi), couldn't help but complain about introducing Ye Shuwei to her friend. The story goes back to four days ago, when Tang Li was struggling to find guests for the production team and came up with the idea of involving Bei Erduo. At first, Bei Erduo didn't want to pretend to be in a relationship with someone else, but she couldn't resist Tang Li's persuasion.

To save money for studying in Japan, she hesitated repeatedly but finally agreed. Meanwhile, Ye Shuwei's nephew, Yu Sheng, who was also on the production team, was trying to persuade Ye Shuwei, but Ye Shuwei was completely unwilling. He even tested Yu Sheng with two pieces of music that had subtle rhythmic differences. Yu Sheng had no choice but to ask Bei Erduo for help. She easily solved Ye Shuwei's problem, which made Ye Shuwei curious about the girl who could distinguish subtle music differences.
