She advised Du Lingfeng to cooperate with Shi Xiaoci by following her rhythm instead of expecting Xiaoci to adapt to him. Persuaded by Tang Xin, and conscious of Shi Xiaoci watching, Du Lingfeng agreed to take the furthest shooting lane. Later, when Shen Qingyuan approached, Tang Xin became noticeably nervous, stammering. Seeing her frequently glance at Du Lingfeng, a jealous Shen Qingyuan questioned her focus.
Tang Xin’s flustered attempt to explain that she was there for work only intensified her stuttering. He expressed doubt that Tang Xin could persuade Shen Qingyuan, so she suggested they work together in secret, with her creating opportunities for them to interact. Just then, Shen Qingyuan arrived. Du Lingfeng immediately confronted him, telling him to stop scowling because he was scaring Tang Xin.
Shen Qingyuan ignored him and accused Tang Xin of having a bad habit of lying. Unable to respond, Tang Xin began to stammer severely. Du Lingfeng again intervened, but the tension escalated when Shen Qingyuan grabbed Tang Xin's arm, insisting she leave with him.
