Synopsis

The drama tells the story of Lu Jianglai, a young scholar who solves many strange cases after taking office as the magistrate of Chun'an County, but because of his involvement in an old case of killing wife, he falls from a rising star in the officialdom to a desperate situation. On the verge of death, he is fortunate to be rescued by Rong Shanbao, the daughter of the tea king. They join hands to reorganise the family, develop the tea ceremony, and conclude a love story in the tea plantation.
