Back at Arbiter Hall, Orchid felt a bit down. She had clearly prepared herself to be alone again, yet now she found it hard to let go. But exhaustion kept her from thinking more, so she lay down and fell asleep. Dongfang Qingcang and Shang Que quietly returned and found Orchid's health had greatly improved.

Shang Que anxiously wanted her to wake up and work on the Destiny Books, but Dongfang Qingcang, full of concern, insisted she get a good rest. As he spoke, he even took the initiative to gently lift her and lay her carefully on the bed. Deeply worried, Dongfang Qingcang gave her a bone orchid formed from his own heart blood. Sensing Orchid's pain, Dongfang Qingcang no longer wished to continue and left in a hurry. When he arrived at the main hall, Orchid had already been beaten unconscious. He held her by the waist, looking down arrogantly at the hall. Everyone was stunned—Dongfang Qingcang was really in Shuiyuntian.

He gently laid Orchid down and created a barrier around them, blocking all incoming arrows. She guessed Dongfang Qingcang was taking her to the Cangyan Sea and fainted again.

Feeling Dongfang Qingcang approaching, she quickly sat up—only to accidentally bump into his face. Crying and shouting, Orchid begged to go home. But regardless of reason or emotion, Dongfang Qingcang would no longer let her return to suffer.
