> Oh! My Emperor Season 1 Recap

Luo Feifei, having recently learned of her true identity, is confronted by an individual who acknowledges her as the Ophiuchus Constellation Lord and attempts to show profound reverence by kowtowing. Luo Feifei frantically tries to stop them, asserting that such actions are unnecessary and would shorten her life. Frustrated by the situation, she expresses her desire to return home and apply a facial mask.

Soon after, Luo Feifei is seen enthusiastically promoting a "Simple Xiaomihu facial mask," demonstrating her natural talent as a salesperson. She then realizes someone is observing her and questions who is there. His Highness Bei Tang Mo Ran then directly confronts her, mistakenly accusing her of peeping on him while he was bathing, as the actual culprit, Xie Yanran, had escaped using her special abilities. Luo Feifei vehemently denies the accusation, insisting she is merely a passerby.

Despite her repeated pleas to explain, His Highness dismisses her. Separately, Moran is questioned by Su Xunxian about a cup of tea. Su Xunxian implies knowledge of the tea's origin, revealing that the tea given to Moran came from the same pot that had previously been served to Feifei. Meanwhile, Bei Tang Tang visits his elder brother, Emperor Bei Tang Yi, who is absorbed in reading a book on the art of war.

Finding Bei Tang Yi too serious, Bei Tang Tang attempts to offer romantic advice. He suggests that women, especially Luo Feifei, appreciate being embraced from behind, as it allows them to feel a man's heartbeat and a sense of security. Bei Tang Tang demonstrates the technique on his brother, who finds it rather unpleasant, clarifying that he is "not a lady."

Undeterred, Bei Tang Tang urges Bei Tang Yi to adopt his strategy if he wishes to win over Luo Feifei's heart. He then insists Bei Tang Yi read a book titled "Seeking Flowers and Asking Willows" before quickly departing. Luo Feifei, carrying her belongings, arrives at the palace, pondering the reason for the Emperor's summons. She vividly imagines a fearsome encounter with the Emperor where she is harshly punished.

Eunuch Hai greets her and escorts her to the Constellation Service Department, where he entrusts her to Pharmacist Bilian before returning to report to the Emperor. Luo Feifei quickly realizes her new role is that of a palace maidservant. Pharmacist Bilian proves to be a demanding superior, assigning Luo Feifei a shabby and seemingly unstable bed in a poorly conditioned room.

Luo Feifei playfully attempts to dissuade Pharmacist Bilian by exaggerating her nocturnal habits, such as talking in her sleep, burping, grinding her teeth, and farting, hoping to secure a better room. Pharmacist Bilian, however, sarcastically suggests a room next to the toilet, before dismissing Luo Feifei's jokes and ordering her to tidy her belongings and begin work immediately. Luo Feifei is left feeling intimidated by her new superior.

Eunuch Hai reports to Emperor Bei Tang Yi that Luo Feifei has been taken to the Constellation Service Department. Bei Tang Yi dismisses it as a "trifling matter." Bai Wuchen, present during the conversation, criticizes Bei Tang Yi for his apparent lack of empathy towards Luo Feifei, suggesting he should be more considerate. Bai Wuchen asserts that everything concerning the Emperor, especially his relationships, is significant. Bei Tang Yi, however, dismisses this, claiming he cares nothing for romance.

Bai Wuchen then brings up his own impending marriage, but Bei Tang Yi expresses disinterest, dismissing him. Despite his earlier harsh words about Luo Feifei, Bei Tang Yi then reflects on her, affectionately referring to her as his "Dali." He admits that while she may be unrefined and overstep her bounds—even shutting doors in his face and being somewhat ungracious unlike a noble lady—he still finds her unique and unforgettable.

He confesses that once he falls in love, he desires to give everything to that person. Pharmacist Bilian orders Luo Feifei to clean all the buckets used for washing clothes, a task she finds increasingly frustrating. Luo Feifei laments the unfairness of her chores compared to those assigned to others. Pharmacist Bilian sternly warns her that if she fails to clean them thoroughly by the end of the day, she will not be allowed to sleep.

Late that night, Emperor Bei Tang Yi remains awake, troubled, while Eunuch Hai attends to him. Eunuch Hai, recognizing Bei Tang Yi's habit of practicing calligraphy when distressed, observes that Bei Tang Yi is now displaying feelings for Luo Feifei, yet intentionally maintaining distance. Eunuch Hai, though an eunuch, offers to provide romantic advice, but Bei Tang Yi refuses to confide in him.

The next morning, Bei Tang Yi, still troubled, visits the Constellation Service Department to check on Luo Feifei. Unbeknownst to him, he enters the courtyard just as a frustrated Luo Feifei, tasked with pulling water from a bucket, defiantly declares that she will "pour away the water" for "them."

In a sudden burst of frustration, she lifts the bucket and inadvertently splashes its contents directly onto Bei Tang Yi, who calls out her name in surprise, as she had not seen him enter.
