Qi Wei came to Black Stone Cave to see Elder Brother Liu Wei, and also brought food for Shu Shu and Xiao Huan. Liu Wei instructed Qi Wei that he had grown up and should start taking on the heavy responsibility of taking care of their clansmen.

Shi Tou quickly hid, only emerging after Luo Ye had left. San Niang told him that the immediate plan was to rush back to the inn and retrieve the antidote, so everyone's cultivation could be restored. Qin Wuyan demanded that Xiao Fan and the others bring the Xuanhuo Jian to exchange for Xue Qi's antidote. Xiao Fan and Xue Qi found San Niang, hoping she would cooperate with them to deal with Qin Wuyan. However, San Niang presented a condition: she wanted to ensure that the villagers of Xiaochi Town were not in mortal danger. Only if Xiao Fan accomplished this would she tell him the whereabouts of the Xuanhuo Jian.
Xiao Fan agreed to her terms. Qin Wuyan smugly told Bi Yao his plan: he wanted Xiao Fan and the others to search for the Xuanhuo Jian, and then to deliver it to him, only then would he give Xue Qi the antidote. After listening, Bi Yao only left Qin Wuyan with two words: Shameless. Shi Tou did not find Shu Shu and Xiao Huan.
Xiao Fan analyzed that San Niang might have hidden Shu Shu and Xiao Huan in a cave, and this cave wouldn't be too far from Xiaochi Town. This was because after they arrived, San Niang was absent for a day, only returning at night. It was highly probable that she went to move Xiao Huan and the hiding place of the Xuanhuo Jian.

Just then, Shi Tou called Xiao Fan, so Xiao Fan left, telling Bi Yao to think carefully.
