Dongfang Qingcang, having prepared for Tai Sui's arrival, lured the evil entity into his sea of heart. Tai Sui, believing he could manipulate Dongfang Qingcang by offering to help him regain what he desired, demanded his immortal body and spirit. However, Dongfang Qingcang had set a trap. As Tai Sui attempted to seize control, he found himself ensnared in the heart sea, which Dongfang Qingcang declared would be their shared burial ground.

Tai Sui scoffed, but Dongfang Qingcang revealed that while his own power was insufficient, the immense power of the Goddess, which Xiao Lanhua had planted in his heart, was more than enough to hold him. Trapped by the divine traces now suffusing the heart sea, Tai Sui was powerless. Dongfang Qingcang mocked him, stating that Tai Sui's own grand delusions had led to his downfall.

Refusing to accept defeat, Tai Sui relentlessly probed for a weakness, tempting Dongfang Qingcang with the power of a heartless supreme ruler and questioning the worth of his sacrifice. Dongfang Qingcang remained firm, asserting he had no regrets about dying for Xiao Lanhua and that his family and tribe had found their own paths.

Tai Sui then targeted Dongfang Qingcang's greatest vulnerability: the fact that Xiao Lanhua would be forced to forget him and all their shared memories, their love, and their struggles. This thought finally caused a flicker of hesitation in Dongfang Qingcang's resolve. Seizing upon this momentary weakness, Tai Sui declared it was all he needed, breaking free from the trap and taking full possession of Dongfang Qingcang's body in the Spirit-Shattering Abyss.

As Tai Sui took control, the sky tore open, unleashing a torrent of condensed evil spirit. The possessed Dongfang Qingcang levitated ominously, his hair turned stark white, strange patterns spreading across his neck, and his eyes blazing with a terrifying, ruthless light, signaling Tai Sui's complete control. As black clouds enveloped the land, the forces of Shuiyuntian arrived, led by Lord Yunzhong, Changheng, and Danyin. They quickly realized the possessed figure was not Dongfang Qingcang but Tai Sui himself.

Recalling the prophecy that Tai Sui's return would plunge the Three Realms into chaos, Lord Yunzhong ordered the immortals to suppress the evil energy. Despite warnings from Changheng and Danyin that she was no match for Tai Sui, having not yet mastered her powers, Xiao Lanhua rushed forward, determined to confront him. Changheng commanded the Shuiyuntian forces to hold back Tai Sui's power, buying her time.

At a critical moment, Shang Que and Xun Feng arrived with the Moon Tribe army to assist. When questioned by a soldier, Xun Feng declared their loyalty was to the Three Realms, vowing not to repeat the mistakes of the past. As the combined forces struggled, Xiao Lanhua reached the possessed Dongfang Qingcang just as his body was on the verge of being consumed.

She embraced and kissed him, an act of profound love that awakened the supreme divine power in her bloodline. This simultaneously broke through to the nearly-lost Dongfang Qingcang, restoring his consciousness and bestowing upon him the Glazed Fire. Changheng identified it not as Hellfire, but as the long-lost fire of compassion, wielded only by one who has endured immense suffering yet retains a heart of pure love.

Xun Feng marveled that a member of the Moon Tribe could command such a power. Though conscious, Dongfang Qingcang's spirit was now irrevocably merged with Tai Sui. He explained that his own death was the only way to eradicate the evil god and urged Xiao Lanhua to kill him before he lost control. Xiao Lanhua recoiled, unable to do it. Tai Sui, speaking through him, mocked her hesitation.

Xiao Lanhua defiantly declared that Tai Sui was her enemy and demanded he release Dongfang Qingcang. Dongfang Qingcang, however, continued to plead with her, explaining that his death was the only way to stop Tai Sui and prevent her sacrifices from being in vain. He told her that while saving the world was her destiny, his mission was to save her. With his final words, "Little flower spirit, I said I would change your fate for you.

I did it," Dongfang Qingcang fulfilled his promise, taking on her fated death and altering her destiny through his own sacrifice. He faded away before her eyes, leaving only the Bone Orchid as peace returned to the Three Realms. Five hundred years later, the Three Realms enjoyed an era of peace, a testament to the transformative power of love that ended the long conflict between the tribes.

Changheng, now living a simpler life as the mortal Xiao Run, was freed from his rigid duties. In a heartfelt conversation, he encouraged Danyin to pursue her own aspiration of becoming the new God of War. Xun Feng had matured into a wise and responsible leader for the Moon Tribe, much like his brother. Jieli, once a trickster, now sincerely cared for orphaned children, teaching them honesty.

By her side was Shang Que, whose playful bickering masked a deep affection that kept him on a righteous path. Through all this, Xiao Lanhua never lost hope, her unwavering love sustaining her. Then one day, as she gazed out at the peaceful world, a familiar voice echoed, "I'm back." Dongfang Qingcang had returned.
