Synopsis
Shi Wuming, the magistrate of Ping'an County, was a genius in reasoning. Due to solving numerous baffling cases during his tenure, he was promoted to the Dali Temple. Unexpectedly, upon arriving in Chang'an, his life became entangled in a series of eerie cases.
The deaths of several men in succession led to the terrifying legend of Zi Ye, a female ghost said to specifically target unfaithful men. The manner of their deaths eerily matched the lyrics of the "Zi Ye Song". Could it truly be the legendary ghost exacting vengeance? Shi Wuming unraveled each mystery one by one.
