Synopsis

On New Year's Eve of the millennium, a shocking murder case in a small town unveils a hidden romance. While everyone is immersed in the joy of witnessing the turn of the century, the most beautiful woman in Qingshui Town, Nan Ya, uses an axe to kill her husband. Zhou Luo, who dropped out of a prestigious university and returned home, becomes the only eyewitness to the case, becoming an unexpected focal point of discussion.
