> Oh! My Emperor Season 1 Recap

Emperor Beitang Yi lay gravely wounded, an arrow piercing his chest. His physician declared his condition critical, warning of probable arterial rupture and excessive hemorrhage. When a nurse and Prince Tang arrived to offer aid, Beitang Yi dismissed them, choosing to be left alone with Luo Feifei. Luo Feifei then used her unique abilities to heal his injury.

Once recovered, Beitang Yi confronted her, revealing his discovery that she was the master of Serpent star and demanding to know why she had concealed it for so long. Luo Feifei explained that she had only recently learned of her identity, but Beitang Yi, feeling deceived and questioning her connection to Serpent star's past actions, harshly told her he wished he had never met her and ordered her to leave.

Soon after, Beitang Yi's brother, Tangtang, confronted him about his cruel treatment of Luo Feifei. Tangtang argued that Luo Feifei had not chosen her identity, had been a loyal companion, and had done much for them, expressing disbelief that Beitang Yi still did not trust her. Beitang Yi then explained his difficult decision, stating that as the kingdom's ruler and eldest son, he had to ensure her safety.

He feared that if she remained, their grandmother would not spare her once they returned to the palace after the war. Despite his harsh actions, Beitang Yi secretly instructed a guard to give Luo Feifei his cloak and ensure no one saw the distinctive mark on her shoulder as she departed, betraying his deep concern for her well-being.

As Luo Feifei walked alone through the forest, she loudly complained about Beitang Yi's coldness, inadvertently revealing her identity as the Serpent star master. Unbeknownst to her, a black-clad figure, who had been following her, overheard her words. The figure then subdued her, administered a potent poison, and left her.

Upon regaining consciousness, the poison took effect, causing her to uncontrollably channel immense power, which amplified the abilities of the other frenzied Serpent star people, fueling their conflict with the soldiers. Amidst the chaos, Shang Yu finally arrived and reported to Beitang Yi that during his investigation with Xifeng Lie, they discovered all the frenzied Serpent star individuals were being controlled by drugs. He added that Xifeng Lie himself had fallen under this control and could not be brought back.

Upon hearing this crucial information, Beitang Yi immediately instructed Zhang Tianzheng to initiate a strategic retreat for his forces. As Beitang Yi and his soldiers prepared to withdraw, they encountered Luo Feifei, now fully under the poison's control, her mind lost, wielding immense power. Soldiers around Beitang Yi expressed confusion and suspicion, questioning if she was a spy. Someone quickly defended her, refuting the accusation. Luo Feifei, seemingly consumed by hatred, moved directly towards Beitang Yi, calling out his name.

As she prepared to strike, Beitang Yi, with no other choice, tragically plunged his sword into her chest. Luo Feifei immediately collapsed. Beitang Yi, in a state of shock, quickly knelt and embraced her, horrified by his actions. As she lay dying in his arms, Luo Feifei managed to reaffirm to him, "Beitang Yi, I didn't lie to you. No, I didn't." With those final words, she lost consciousness.

Overwhelmed by profound grief and despair, Beitang Yi could only scream out to the heavens, releasing his immense anguish. In the 33rd year of the Xingyao period, a major turmoil erupted when Luo Feifei, the master of Serpent star, and her people were afflicted by a mind-controlling drug. Emperor Beitang Yi, leading the other star masters, successfully suppressed the chaos.

Following this, Beitang Moran officially relinquished military power to Beitang Yi, as per the will of the deceased king, establishing Beitang Yi's unified military and political control over the kingdom. All people of Serpent star were subsequently imprisoned in an event historically known as the "Serpent Suppression." As the perceived leader of the frenzied individuals, Luo Feifei was incarcerated. This marked the beginning of Beitang Yi's comprehensive military and political unity.
