An Chuxia intervenes when she sees a group of people harassing Feng Shao. When the situation escalates into a fight, Han Qilu arrives and shields An Chuxia from a blow. Han Qilu, Ling Hanyu, and Feng Shao fight the group, but they soon realize they are outnumbered and decide to run. Back at the Han residence, An Chuxia tends to Han Qilu's wound.
He uses the opportunity to reiterate his desire for her to leave, promising that she can continue her studies at Stiland College if she does. An Chuxia agrees to move out. The next morning, Ling Hanyu finds An Chuxia looking troubled at the school gate. After some prodding, she reveals her plans to move out of the Han mansion. Ling Hanyu enthusiastically offers her a place to stay: his grandmother's old house near the school.
He explains that his grandmother, a former fashion design teacher at Stiland College, left the house unoccupied after her passing. An Chuxia loves the house at first sight, mentioning that her own mother was also a fashion design student at Stiland. To show her gratitude, An Chuxia agrees to go out with him on the weekend. Upon returning to the Han residence, An Chuxia announces her intention to move out.

As they drive, Han Qilu observes An Chuxia and Ling Hanyu laughing and enjoying each other's company, which makes him uncomfortable. An Chuxia shares a childhood story her mother told her about the Chain Stars, a constellation associated with a father's search for his lost daughter.

Meanwhile, Wan Zi gossips about An Chuxia and Han Qilu to Mo Xinwei, mentioning their camping trip and Ling Hanyu’s presence. Mo Xinwei, angered by the gossip and recalling how An Chuxia previously embarrassed Wan Zi, decides to take action against An Chuxia. She warns Wan Zi not to underestimate An Chuxia.
An Chuxia arrives at her classroom to find the other students fleeing in fear, muttering about a curse. Bravely, she enters the room and discovers a gruesome scene: blood smeared on her desk and a dagger plunged into it. An Chuxia vows to confront whoever is behind the prank.
