Meanwhile, Yan Tuo called Mr. Meng to confirm his arrival in Heyang, politely declining an evening meal and suggesting they have lunch together the next day instead.
Later, Nie Jiuluo, posing as an event organizer, tried to book Xu Anni for an opening event at Fengyun Plaza. Xu Anni initially mistook Nie Jiuluo for someone with dubious intentions, as she had been bothered by "shady people" before. After Nie Jiuluo clarified her purpose, Xu Anni apologized but explained that she was already booked for ten shows and couldn't leave for another week. During their conversation, Xu Anni noticed Nie Jiuluo's injured arm.
