Su Qingche, intoxicated from drinking on Song Xingchen’s behalf, attempted to kiss her but vomited instead. The next morning, he woke up shirtless in her bed and cautiously asked if anything had transpired between them. He earnestly offered to take responsibility, even suggesting marriage, but was dismayed to learn that nothing had happened.
Song Xingchen explained that he had passed out on her bed and was impossible to wake, leaving her to sleep on the sofa, and reminded him she only had one bed. Su Qingche, now in Song Xingchen’s bathrobe, prepared breakfast, trying to recall fragmented memories from the night before to no avail. During breakfast, Su Qingche persistently inquired about the previous night.
Song Xingchen recounted how he had drunkenly pulled her from a private room into a hallway and pinned her against a wall, but she reiterated that nothing further occurred. Su Qingche apologized, offering the breakfast as compensation. However, Song Xingchen, noting she had to do his laundry at midnight, demanded he pay for the dry cleaning and his overnight stay by purchasing a gift package from her online shop, Stardust Rouge.
When Su Qingche argued he drank to protect her, she firmly stated she didn't need his protection and told him to leave. Later, Su Qingche told Lu Qun that despite staying at Song Xingchen’s, nothing had happened, and now she was ignoring his messages and calls. During their joint stream, Qian Cheng adopted an aggressive sales tactic, pushing for lower prices that concerned Song Xingchen about potential losses.
