On the first day of reporting for duty, Lin Shaobai and another new person, Cen Xiaoman, were both late, but Lu Zhengyang excused Cen Xiaoman from writing a self-criticism, stating she was new and unfamiliar. As a former "old hand," Lin Shaobai had to write a deep self-criticism of over a thousand words.
