Synopsis
The Little Dragon Maiden, Hai Lanzhu, who can command the waters of the Milky Way and make tears turn into rain, came to the mortal world with the task of bringing rain. She encountered Lu Haisheng, a constable investigating a case, at the Dragon King's Temple.
