Guan Wen is now worried that the other mall will make a desperate move and snatch all their cooperative partners. If that happens, Wanli might be finished. This situation has dealt a heavy blow to Guan Wen, and some people are even considering leaving the company. Guan Wen can only relieve her stress by going for a run. In the evening, Guan Wen goes to the company and finds that Ding Ning is also working overtime. They start analyzing together, hoping to find the best solution for Wanli. Ding Ning never expected that he would one day discuss work with Guan Wen, and Guan Wen didn't expect it either. Ding Ning suddenly mentions a win-win approach, which deeply touches Guan Wen. Soon, Wang Liren and his team are preparing for a celebration, but Wang Liren has been busy with work, neglecting Jing Zhiqiu, who hasn't been home for two days. Guan Wen has no choice but to take Ding Ning to the hospital, promising to take responsibility for his waist. Ding Ning is very happy, as he appreciates Guan Wen taking care of him. He asks Guan Wen how she convinced Wang Liren, and she reveals that she explained Wang Liren's difficulties and proposed a mutually beneficial strategy. Guan Wen even suggests that both malls can capitalize on their strengths and exchange resources, which intrigues Wang Liren.

Ding Ning thinks Guan Wen's ideas are excellent. The next day, Wang Liren goes to Wanli to sign the contract with Ding Ning. When Guan Wen returns home, she finds her brother, Guan Tengfei, there. Guan Tengfei claims he came to help clean up the house, but he actually wants his sister's help in finding a job. Chen Xuanxuan comes home and questions Lin Hao about why he didn't come to the hospital yesterday. Lin Hao says it's because there was a leader who came for an inspection, and Chen Xuanxuan starts to distrust him. When Lin Hao goes to the restroom, Chen Xuanxuan decides to check his phone, but she finds that the password has been changed, indicating that Lin Hao indeed has secrets.

Jing Zhiqiu wants to go home to get their son's vaccination record while Wang Liren is away. However, she unexpectedly finds medicine in Wang Liren's study, and suddenly everything becomes clear to her. Later, Jing Zhiqiu finds a wealthy lady and obtains the contact information of a Chinese medicine practitioner. Chen Xuanxuan is emotionally down because of Lin Hao's actions, and she even comes to the cafe very late. He Yifei sees her and approaches to ask what's wrong. Chen Xuanxuan admits that she feels tired, so He Yifei decides to close the cafe early and goes to console her. Jing Zhiqiu gets the prescription from the Chinese medicine practitioner and prepares the medicine for Wang Liren according to the pharmacy's instructions. When Wang Liren returns, he is pleasantly surprised.

Now, Jing Zhiqiu and Guan Wen have reached a collaboration agreement, which eases Jing Zhiqiu's mind. However, Jing Zhiqiu has no intention of telling Wang Liren what's in the herbal medicine. After Ding Ning and Wang Liren sign the contract, Guan Wen happens to see her assistant, Da Luo, rushing out. Later, Guan Wen learns that Da Luo's parents have been urging her to return to their hometown, but Da Luo wants to stay and make a living in the big city. At home, Wang Liren also sees the prescription that Jing Zhiqiu prepared for him. He feels that Jing Zhiqiu came back out of pity for him, and although she hurriedly explains, Wang Liren feels embarrassed and even leaves abruptly.
