Guan Wen arrived at Ding Ning's office, and it was already the deadline. The company required a formal apology letter from Guan Wen to let her stay. At that moment, the company received an apology letter from Lydia, admitting their mistake, and Ding Ning was surprised that Guan Wen actually convinced Lydia to apologize. Guan Wen was about to leave when Ding Ning told her to confide in him if she encountered any difficulties in the future, but Guan Wen said it was unnecessary.

Lisa suddenly received an interview notice and informed that she had passed the interview. Wang Liren asked Lisa to come and help him book a restaurant and flowers. Lisa felt frustrated and decided to resign, which was the result that Jing Zhiqiu and Guan Wen intended to achieve.

Guan Wen took her subordinates to negotiate business partnerships. She enthusiastically spoke with potential partners she wanted to cooperate with and showed her sincerity. Guan Wen also expressed that Wanli was willing to make their store better and that General Manager Qi's gym was also in the mall.

Lin Hao dressed up nicely and prepared to discuss his promotion with his colleague, Xiao Yun. However, Xiao Yun canceled the meeting at the last minute due to something urgent, which made Lin Hao angry. He then messaged Chen Xuanxuan to apologize, but she had already blocked him.

Wang Liren, knowing that Jing Zhiqiu was unhappy, took the initiative to apologize by inviting her to dinner and buying flowers. He also planned to go to bed early that night and be romantic. Wang Liren told Jing Zhiqiu that Lisa had left, and Jing Zhiqiu pretended to express approval of Lisa while feeling secretly pleased. Wang Liren claimed that he had always focused on the family and never got distracted. Jing Zhiqiu prepared a romantic evening, but Wang Liren suddenly didn't feel well. Jing Zhiqiu advised him not to worry and that he was probably just tired.

Guan Wen's mother started to introduce potential suitors to her since Guan Wen was getting older and should get married soon. Guan Tengfei came out of his room, and their mother left. Guan Wen asked her brother what he planned to do next, and Guan Tengfei said he hadn't figured it out yet.

Next, Guan Wen brought the brand partners to visit Wanli. Ding Ning saw them, and although he didn't say anything, he approved of Guan Wen's approach in his heart. Guan Wen aimed to activate this chessboard and achieve a win-win situation.

Guan Wen and Jing Zhiqiu arrived at Chen Xuanxuan's café, thinking that she had gone home, but later found out that she had been living at the shop all along. Guan Wen said that this was against the rules, and she was worried about Chen Xuanxuan. Guan Wen advised her to think things through, whether to separate or divorce, as dragging it out was not a solution.

Lin Hao was currently troubled by his thoughts about the promotion and couldn't find peace. He considered that perhaps it would be better to apologize to Chen Xuanxuan's father instead of finding Xiao Yun's cousin. Now, he had to apologize to Chen Xuanxuan.

Chen Xuanxuan was discovered by security while living at the restaurant and was eventually driven out. When she didn't know where to go, Lin Hao surprisingly came with a bouquet of flowers to apologize, and Chen Xuanxuan went home with him. After taking a shower, Lin Hao brought up the promotion issue again, and Chen Xuanxuan thought about what Guan Wen had said - maybe marriage wasn't just about two people and involved many interests.
