> Song of the Moon Recap

The Aquatic Demons plead with Demon King in White to release the God of the Moonlight from the Four Seasons Monument, believing this act will break their long-standing curse, a promise they claim was made to them in a dream. However, Demon King in White warns that the entity beneath the monument is corrupted by evil spirit and would bring chaos to the Three Realms if released.

During this heated discussion, Fu dramatically feigns collapsing from an injury, having earlier offered to sacrifice his divine spirit to stabilize the demon world if his brother refused their people's pleas. Seeing his brother's apparent distress, Demon King in White expresses deep concern.

Later, Demon King in White seeks out Luo Ning, explaining that Fu's divine spirit was damaged when she shattered his water energy pill, forcing him to draw upon the Demon King's power for self-preservation, which in turn destabilized the demon world. He asks Luo Ning to lift the curse for his people.

While Luo Ning acknowledges her role in Fu's injury and feels a sense of responsibility, she also resents his previous deceit and collaboration with Bai Feng in causing chaos. Demon King in White leaves her to make her own decision. Though the Four Seasons Monument ceased leaking evil spirit, chaos erupted in both the mortal and demon worlds, prompting speculation that the monument's hidden power might be growing.

An Immortal Master warns that while evil spirits cannot assume human forms, they can influence unstable minds or possess individuals, requiring vigilance across the Three Realms. During this time, Bai Feng infiltrates the Mansion of Wu Yang Duke, boasting of her past as a senior disciple there and mocking the current occupants.

She traps the disciples and confronts Liu Shao, eventually using a whirlwind to pull Liu Shao from their protective spell and poison her with Moon Poison, a potent toxin that even Immortals hold in awe. When Luo Ge arrives and dispels Bai Feng's illusion, he discovers Liu Shao has been taken. He attempts to locate her with Moon Bell, but Bai Feng has severed his connection to it.

Despite his exhaustion, Luo Ge insists on splitting up with others to continue the search for Liu Shao. Luo Ning arrives at the demon palace, where she witnesses the agonizing sight of Aquatic Demons dying out of water, a consequence of the demon world's instability since Fu took the Demon King's power. As she attempts to aid them, she triggers a hidden trap. Fu, having been watching, swiftly intervenes to save her.

He sternly rebukes Mr. Tai, who explains the traps were set to protect their vulnerable people from opportunistic demons. Fu declares his intention to keep Luo Ning by his side, unequivocally forbidding anyone from harming her. As part of Fu's scheme, Bai Feng abandons the poisoned Liu Shao in the forest to draw out Demon King in White, considering her more valuable alive as bait.

Demon King in White discovers Liu Shao and brings her back to the Aquatic Demons' territory. He Na informs Liu Shao that she was abducted by Bai Feng and poisoned with Moon Poison, which originates from the long-sealed Yin-yang Cave and is the cause of her spiritual power suppression. He reassures her that Sun Spring, also from Yin-yang Cave, can cure her and that the poison has no adverse effects on the Aquatic Demons.

Despite Liu Shao's reluctance to burden him, Demon King in White resolves to acquire the antidote, offering to accompany her to the cave. Meanwhile, Luo Ge learns of Liu Shao's poisoning and quickly connects the Moon Poison to the Yin-yang Cave, suspecting Xie Lingqi's involvement. Luo Ge confronts Xie Lingqi about the Moon Poison, and Xie Lingqi admits to providing it to someone who promised to reopen Yin-yang Cave, though he doesn't know its final recipient.

Xie Lingqi explains the cave's perilous history: ten millennia ago, Sun Supreme God purged evil spirits there, and the remnants coalesced into Sun Spring and Moon Poison, which she then sealed with a powerful boundary, making entry easy but exit treacherous. He recounts how Lord Shang, Luo Ge's father, compelled generations of disciples from the Three Palaces, including Xie Lingqi and his junior sister Wu Shiwei, to enter the cave in suicidal attempts to retrieve Sun Spring.

Lord Shang sought it for protection, knowing that disturbing the Spring would unleash the accompanying Moon Poison, which could drive individuals into madness and transform them into bloodthirsty demons. Xie Lingqi himself managed to escape with both Sun Spring and Moon Poison just before the rift closed, but only because Wu Shiwei heroically sacrificed herself to save him, leaving her trapped among hundreds of other disciples who had succumbed to the poison and become demonized.

He describes the cave as a place of profound despair, which has generated countless evil spirits, causing the Four Seasons Monument to become unstable and necessitating its sealing by Lord Shang. Pleading with Luo Ge, Xie Lingqi reveals his sole desire is to rescue Wu Shiwei, having waited a thousand years, and asks Luo Ge to accompany him, as he is the only one who knows the location of the elusive exit crack.

Xie Lingqi passionately pleads with Luo Ge to accompany him into Yin-yang Cave to rescue Wu Shiwei, emphasizing that he is the only one aware of the elusive exit crack and that time is critical to prevent Liu Shao from succumbing to the Moon Poison and transforming into a demon. Within the cave, Demon King in White and Liu Shao are battling demonized disciples.

Liu Shao finds her spiritual power suppressed by the Moon Poison, and Demon King in White discovers his Water Evasion ability is rendered useless by an ancient forbidden spell cast by Sun Supreme God. As they are overwhelmed, Luo Ge and Xie Lingqi arrive, joining forces with Demon King in White and Liu Shao. After Luo Ning awakens, Fu assures her that Luo Ge and Demon King in White have successfully met, suggesting their combined efforts will overcome any challenges.

Recalling the horrific sight of her people dying out of water, Luo Ning begins to comprehend the profound depth of Fu's obsession with breaking the curse. Fu then shares the tragic history of the Aquatic Demons, and Luo Ning agrees to remain with him, awaiting news from the cave. Luo Ge explains the perilous situation in Yin-yang Cave, noting that the millennia of accumulated resentment among the demonized disciples, if stirred, could destabilize the Four Seasons Monument.

The immediate priority is to swiftly retrieve the Sun Spring. Luo Ge selflessly decides to act as a decoy, drawing away the horde of demonized disciples, while Demon King in White takes the opportunity to retrieve the Sun Spring, and Xie Lingqi is tasked with protecting Liu Shao. Amidst the chaos, a demonized disciple launches a furious attack on Xie Lingqi. To his shock, he recognizes her as Wu Shiwei, his long-lost junior sister.

As she raises her weapon against him, Xie Lingqi desperately calls out her name, which proves to be the catalyst for her regaining her memory and consciousness. Overcome with emotion, Wu Shiwei collapses into his arms, tears of joy streaming down her face. Liu Shao succumbs to the Moon Poison and collapses.

Luo Ge attempts to use the newly acquired Sun Spring to refine an antidote, but Wu Shiwei intervenes, explaining that the potent aroma of the Sun Spring would attract all the demonized disciples, leaving them no time to complete the refinement. Instead, she advises Luo Ge to temporarily seal Liu Shao's divine spirit within the Moon Bell to protect her from further deterioration.

Knowing the precise location of the exit, Wu Shiwei then guides them towards the boundary of the cave. Demon King in White, weakened by the pervasive Yin-yang Power, finds himself unable to channel his water energy to open the barrier. He acknowledges that their escape now rests entirely on Luo Ge's ability to cast a powerful spell and tear open a rift in the boundary, as the relentless horde of demonized disciples closes in.
