The staff of "Eternal" magazine, inspired by Bai Haoyu and Vivian's encouragement to write with their hearts, are busy creating their new issue. Li Huizhen proposes a unique feature on internet celebrities and, with Bai Haoyu's strong support, convinces a hesitant Xia Qiao to be the cover model and interviewee. As the sample issue is finalized, a sense of melancholy descends on the team, who fear it might be "Eternal"'s last.
Bai Haoyu, visibly distressed, is comforted by Li Huizhen, who lets him rest on her lap. Lin Yimu witnesses this intimate moment and, heartbroken, feels it is time for him to step away. Meanwhile, Xia Qiao, seeking treatment for chronic stomach issues, encounters her stepmother at the hospital. She discovers her stepmother is secretly undergoing a hysterectomy, having hidden the illness from Xia Qiao's father to spare him worry.
Moved by her stepmother's love, Xia Qiao agrees to keep the secret and hopes to mend their family ties. Xia Qiao also wants to reveal her relationship with Lin Yimu to Li Huizhen. Lin Yimu, grappling with his own secret, intends to disclose his true identity to Li Huizhen. However, when he calls her, he struggles to speak the truth and instead asks her to spend time with him.
They share dinner and a fun day at an amusement park, where he asks Li Huizhen to buy him a red hat. He expresses deep affection for her and a desire to protect her, uttering puzzling words, before lightly kissing her. In another subplot, Lin Husheng tries to reconcile with Han Xue, who insists on ending their relationship. Despite her underlying jealousy when she learns of Wang Sena's affection for Lin Husheng, Han Xue maintains her resolve.
Distraught, Lin Husheng agrees to date Wang Sena, but Han Xue, finally acknowledging her true feelings, chases after him. They reconcile with a passionate kiss. The "Eternal" team's efforts face a sudden hurdle when the printing factory unexpectedly halts the magazine's production. A confused Bai Haoyu receives a cryptic message. Zhu Ying then gathers the staff for an impending General Manager inauguration ceremony.
To everyone's surprise, Bai Haoyu announces the ceremony will be held in their editorial department, just as Vivian arrives with her nephew, Lin Hao, who is revealed to be "Eternal"'s "Prince" and the new General Manager.
