Guo Sanshuang reluctantly agreed to help Joey take care of her daughter, Qiao Xiaobao. He went to Joey's aunt's house according to the address to pick up the child and saw the aunt ordering Qiao Xiaobao to do this and that. Guo Sanshuang called Qiao Xiaobao aside and explained his purpose. Qiao Xiaobao didn't believe him and asked him to call Joey to confirm, but Joey kept not answering the phone.

Guo Sanshuang, in a fit of pique, turned and left. Qiao Xiaobao suddenly burst into tears. Guo Sanshuang rushed over to comfort her. Qiao Xiaobao mistakenly thought that Guo Sanshuang, like her aunt, owed her mother money, which was why he agreed to take her in.

Guo Sanshuang learned that Qiao Xiaobao was living under someone else's roof at her aunt's house and was beaten for stealing her cousin's snacks, so Guo Sanshuang took her to the supermarket to buy snacks. Qiao Xiaobao bought a whole cart full of snacks in one go. Guo Sanshuang complained endlessly and could only buy them on installment, then he sent Qiao Xiaobao back to her aunt's house. The annual nursing home rating event was about to begin.

Sunshine House had been on the list for the past nine sessions. This year, several new nursing homes opened one after another, making Ye Xiaomei feel immense pressure. She wanted to personally visit and investigate to know herself and her enemy, so Ye Xiaomei asked Guo Sanshuang to be an undercover agent. Guo Sanshuang accompanied Ye Xiaomei on a secret visit to one of the most capable nursing homes.

The staff took them on a tour and explained in detail the supporting facilities and hardware management of the nursing home. Ye Xiaomei dared not underestimate the strength of this nursing home; she felt unsure. Guo Sanshuang encouraged her and cheered her on. Ye Xiaomei reported the situation of that nursing home to Wu Hui in detail. She was greatly inspired by it and came up with a plan to continuously recommend Sunshine House nursing home.

Guo Sanshuang came home very late and saw Qiao Xiaobao hiding at the alley entrance, waiting for him. Guo Sanshuang disguised himself and dodged left and right. Qiao Xiaobao relentlessly pursued him. Guo Sanshuang ignored her, so she lay on the ground and acted spoiled. The neighbors all criticized Guo Sanshuang. Guo Sanshuang had no choice but to take Qiao Xiaobao home, only to learn that she had caused trouble again.

She had instructed her cousin to go bird-nesting, and as a result, her cousin broke his finger. Guo Sanshuang first treated her to a meal. After the meal, Guo Sanshuang sent Qiao Xiaobao home. Qiao Xiaobao adamantly refused to go back to her aunt's house. Guo Sanshuang persuaded her to go back and admit her mistake, trying to gain her aunt's understanding. Qiao Xiaobao nervously went home and sincerely apologized to her aunt.

Her aunt yelled at her, and Guo Sanshuang, hiding outside the door, heard everything clearly. Ye Xiaomei installed a "Sunshine Mailbox" at the entrance of the nursing home, where the elderly could write letters and express their wishes freely. The first letter Ye Xiaomei received was from Grandpa Hou. He, under the guise of everyone's name, requested an outdoor Yue Opera movie screening. Ye Xiaomei agreed to meet his request.

Grandpa Hou was overjoyed and immediately reported the good news to his old friends, encouraging them to also write letters to the Sunshine Mailbox. Ye Xiaomei stayed up all night drawing a large poster for the Yue Opera movie. Guo Sanshuang helped her place it at the main entrance. Wu Hui and the staff meticulously decorated the courtyard. Guo Jiangdong also prepared exquisite small snacks for everyone.

Guo Sanshuang went to the street to hand out flyers, inviting passersby to the nursing home to watch the opera. Hu Meng, a retired famous Yue Opera performer, saw Guo Sanshuang distributing flyers and scoffed at him. Guo Sanshuang wasn't angry and invited her to the nursing home to watch the Yue Opera. Hu Meng was moved by this.

Hu Meng bought groceries and went home, hearing her neighbor, Old Li, playing the erhu, but he couldn't find the right tune. Hu Meng angrily knocked on Old Li's door and reminded him not to make noise anymore. Old Li was a lonely elderly man, usually accompanied only by a small dog. He ignored Hu Meng's words, only worried that his dog might run away when he opened the door.

Hu Meng angrily went home, saw her house was a mess, and her son was sound asleep on the sofa. Hu Meng quickly took down the burnt porridge from the stove and opened the windows to air out the house. Hu Meng severely lectured her son and advised him to quit his tiring and unprofitable salesman job as soon as possible. Her son was unconvinced and argued with Hu Meng. Hu Meng, in a huff, went out to eat.

As night fell, Ye Xiaomei welcomed the guests who came to watch the opera at the entrance. The nursing home was soon packed. After the movie started, Hu Meng passed by and hid at the entrance to watch the movie. Seeing her appearance from her youth inside, her heart was filled with mixed emotions. After the movie ended, Guo Sanshuang highly praised Ye Xiaomei, saying her idea was very successful.

Hu Meng came home very late and heard Old Li still playing the erhu. Just as she was about to knock on the door to stop him, she suddenly heard no more sound. Hu Meng desperately banged on the door, but there was no answer. She quickly called the 120 emergency number, only to learn that Old Li had fallen ill and fainted. Hu Meng felt a pang of sympathy and voluntarily took in Old Li's dog.

After much consideration, Hu Meng went to visit Ye Xiaomei early in the morning. Ye Xiaomei was catching up on sleep, and Wu Hui had to call her for a long time before she woke up. Hu Meng introduced herself as the leading actress of the Yue Opera movie and asked Ye Xiaomei to give her a tour of the nursing home.

Hu Meng was dissatisfied with the environment, decoration, and food of the nursing home, and she pointed out many flaws. Ye Xiaomei secretly prayed that she wouldn't move in, otherwise, she would be too difficult to serve.
